American Deli - Restaurant in Montgomery - 2107 Eastern Blvd, USA

Now that I’m finally back at home I can write my review. I had some wings/fries delivered two days ago. At the time of eating them I was fine. A hour later, I was vomiting continuously, all night I had to go to the ER and spend the night for food poisoning... I will absolutely never come here again.

I called my order in so that it wouldn’t take all day and explained to the man who took my order that I did not want to wait a long time but he assured me that it would not take more than 10 minutes. THIS WAS A BOLD FACE LIE!!! After I paid, I stood in this place for over 30 minutes waiting on my food and watched everyone who came after me get their food first! I spoke up multiple times about my situation but everyone just continued as if they did not hear me and the manager was laughing as if it was funny. It is definitely safe to say that I will never be supporting this business again!!!

Ate here yesterday and passed gas all day and night. I didn't think anything about so I go back in today and let me tell you, I have not left the toilet. The cook came out and looked at me once I ordered and now I know why. That was his evil eye. I literally have almost used a roll of tissue because my stomach is tore up. I want be eating here again. I only came here because the one by Walmart on the Blvd had a low score and mice dropping in food areas. I realize these people don't want our service, only our money. I pray I recover from whatever they served me that has me stuck on the toilet.

My favorite american deli because the food is good but the customer service could be worked on.. i ordered shrimp fried rice with lemon peppers wings fried hard and a 6 piece mild wing meal everything tasted good

Me&My wife decided to eat at this American Deli after we got done at Pull A Parts .to some up the experience ,the food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant .next time we are in Montgomery we will be eating at this American Deli location.Yum Yum!

They always fix my food correctly. Exactly how order it. The philly is not what it use to be though. It's mostly mushrooms, union and peppers. They use the mushrooms to hide the meat.

I just want to thank the people working here at this America Dell for doing their very best at serving montgomery al with great customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great visit. I made the wrong order I didn't have my glasses so I ordered the boneless chiken instead of the bone in. The mistake was clearly all mine but without hesitation they made me another order at no cost to me. Thank you so much for fast friendly service
