We recently took our whole family to see wish. I love that AMC has options online to buy tickets and packages for snacks. The seats were very comfortable we had plenty of space. The theater was clean and well maintained.
Had the chance to catch a great showing tonight of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Man I have nothing but good things to say about the movie but my review is on the theater itself. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by an employee that was more then welcomed to help me with all my needs. The place had quite a few people there for a Sunday late night show but all in all it was an awesome vibe! I would recommend AMC Crestwood 18 to all moviegoers.
All the way in the back of the mall. It has its own street leading to it. Than it looks abandoned because your driving in from the back , so you your seeing the back of theater first. Other side looks a ot better.
Big comfy and built in section with barriers dividing up sections. You come in at the lowest point and father back you go the higher the seat.
I haven't been here in 6 years and I quickly reminded why I haven't came back in so long. Getting in was a breeze, at an A-lister I had to wait like 10 minutes to order popcorn and a drink because there was only 1 person at the counter and the family Infront of me were very inconsiderate.
The concession stand and are were a complete mess! Popcorn all over!
Granted this isn't on AMC but I was trying to watch paw patrol with my son and the family 4 sitting to my left were on social media, using flashlights to eat and help there kids eat. The son was jumping up and down yelling at the screen, also had a bottle and was banging it against the wall Infront of Row D. Complete disturbance.
I'll attach a photo, The family was messy and inconsiderate. They didn't respect those around them, even my 6 year old was getting annoyed.
I purchase my tickets online walk-in and the QR code was scanned and we were directed to auditorium 9. Auditorium 9 was clean the seats comfortable, they just needed to up the air
Theatre was very clean, every employee was very nice and took care of my needs right away. Even made a friend with one of the employees. Thank you for a great clean and efficient experience.
Went to this theatre for the first time to see Dune. A person checking tickets at the entrance was polite and pointed us out in the direction of the appropriate hall. The place was clean when we arrived; reclined seats worked properly; 3D glasses were provided; sound and video were of excellent quality too.
The parking is ample.
Will come back more in the future.
