I can't rate this place high enough! Everyone made this first experience here for my wife and my fifth wedding anniversary truly special. My short ribs melted in my mouth and the ribeye french dip was no different. We can't wait to come back!
My husband took me here for my birthday and we were really very surprised of how delicious the foods were and the service was above and beyond. I would say its one if not the best restaurant in springs. We will definitely go back in the future.

Absolutely lovely experience! I cannot believe I had not been to Ambli before tonight. The service was exceptional. We were lucky to have Austin as our server and he was so helpful with explaining the appetizers we were choosing between without saying which was “better”. We settled on the Indian chaat which was just as he described and absolutely delicious. Austin was also wonderful about checking in with us to ensure we were happy with our food without being overbearing or rushing us. Appetizer, entrees, and dessert were just delicious. We will definitely be back!
This was our absolute fave restaurant! But now they stopped doing the tasting menu the way it was before (and completely right now).
We went on a very anticipated date with a gift card my whole family put in on for Christmas. And we were disappointed. The Chilean sea bass dish was not good. My husband also said it wasn’t very good. We were offered dessert or a free drink since we didn’t like it. But at $60 for the dish, I would have really appreciated it to be taken off the bill. Everything was absolutely amazing!
And the service is always amazing too. I just wish they hadn’t changed the tasting menu (which was so popular) and been more accommodating about the dish that wasn’t good.
Think I discovered a new favorite.

Food: Delicious. Menu changes about every seven weeks and is themed. Each item has an inspiration and a drink pairing. We tried the 10 Food Tastings and I was not dissatisfied with any item. Everything was delicious!
Service: great! Our waitress was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. All staff were very good, and we were checked in on perfectly. Occasionally, the time between dishes coming out would be longer, but it was adequate!
Atmosphere: really fun! The restaurant is quieter in the early evening, but gets rather busy. Even with a lot of people, staff was accommodating and on top of everything.
Price: Hefty! You’re really paying for the experience! I would say this restaurant is a great place to celebrate an occasion or just fun if you’re hunting for a place to spend your money!
The girlfriends and I went here for the first time last night. Right off the bat, the ambiance was fabulous. Beautiful storefront, cozy waiting area, friendly staff. Upon being seated, the hostess informed us of the large parties around us and gave us a run down of how the server would be handling our dinner orders, in order to not jumble up the kitchen. I appreciated this information. Our server, Austin, was friendly, informative, and gave us great recommendations of the menu. Our drinks were spectacular, the food was delicious (and that's hard to say about food in the Springs) and the dessert!!! We got the ice cream sandwich and let me tell you, we were not originally planning on ordering this dessert until we saw our neighbors get it. Just trust me- order the ice cream sandwich. We sat at our table, gabbing and laughing for far over our welcome, on a Saturday night, might I add, and not once did we feel pressured to get up and leave. Austin checked in on us from time to time, hung around to hear one of our crazy stories and then went about his other tables. Thank you Ambli and thank you Austin for making our much needed girls night fabulous and thank you for allowing us to just enjoy our night in a beautiful establishment. We will certainly be back.
