In my lifetime I have had audio/visual specialists wire, install, and connect multiple devices in my homes. However, I have NEVER had someone who is so detail-oriented yet can explain things in a concise and uncomplicated way as Randall. He and his team collaborated with Xfinity (not an easy task) and spent a great deal of time optimizing and troubleshooting my reception and service. I give them the highest rating possible and will use them again in the future.
