Ambiance - Hotel in Franklin Park - 2955 Mannheim Rd, USA

This was perfect. The staff was amazing. Lynda went out of her way to make sure everything was above and beyond my expectations. I came here with my husband for me honeymoon. The room was decorated nicely and extremely clean. Get the cake! And the strawberries! The cake is amazing. And the strawberries extremely fresh. The staff was so nice they really made things special for me and my husband and we can't wait to come back again!

The hotel is very old and not updated. It had carpet. They allow smoking in the rooms, and the way they give you a non-smoking room is running an air purifier/ionizer for an hour after a smoker leaves. (Gross!) The customer service at check in was very nice. I had to move from the room I booked to another one due to the cigarette smoke smell. They offer a “bottle” of champagne that is a single serving for one person. I won’t stay again. They have two other locations (with different names) that look more updated. They are probably a better bet.

First off I want to say my girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay. We been looking for somewhere to call as a great little getaway spot. An we have most definitely found it here in Ambiance. We stayed in the cobalt room and I would suggest highly. Loved the 2 floor layout. Never will we lower ourselves to stay anywhere else after our visit here. Really like that everyone has to be a member to stay. Not having to worry about rude or unruly guests who ruin a great fun experience. Everything looked clean and well taken care of.. The front desk from check in to check out was amazing. Very polite and professional to the fullest. Even better I had applied for membership and was approved in less than 2 hours. Which I can’t speak for everyone. But all in all I will be visiting again soon and quite often. Thanks to everyone there for the amazing experience truly.

This place was cool🤩!!! I can say I'm in better luxury clubs than this...Beside the hot water issue:... I definitely would have appreciated if the front desk would have told me if there were going to be a problem with the hot water in the bathroom sink and in the lounge kitchen area sink.. There was only hot water in the shower and in the jacuzzi #1-Two floor Cobalt room.. when I returned the key the next morning I was told it has been a problem for a while now, That was rude I definitely would have chosen another day or another location to spend my money,when everything would have been working properly.. I had to wash hands constantly in the jacuzzi, and wash my face and brush my teeth in the shower.. Next time there should be a heads up, I don't think I will be coming back to this place.. I'll see what the other Prestige Club locations is all about... If they're not good for my liking I will close my membership account!!

To anyone interested in what Prestige Club has to offer, but is currently single or prefers solo excursions, I highly recommend that you still treat yourself to a visit! After a long work week, I decided to book a Cobalt Plus and had a wonderful experience. Parking is discrete, staff are very accommodating, and there is a convenience shop in the main lobby in case you forgot any “accessories” for your stay. This is not a complaint at all, but if you get warm easily like I do, the fireplace definitely gives off a noticeable amount of heat and runs on a fixed timer once activated. Easy solution was to turn up the AC, but just a tip in case you’re curious about using it. I look forward to my next visit! Thank you to the folks at Ambiance for making my week better! I been coming here on and off for years even before they redid suites. Praying for a suite this Saturday night because I just want to rest and have good night sleep. My Man Floyd,would Love this Place. The rooms have always been bomb to me!

Location was not great(Ambiance), floors around hot tub were not cleaned I could see feet prints from previous occupants, no rose petals even with a reminder on my reservation. Fireplace in Colbalt didn’t work and no resolution when I called the desk. If you expect any amount of sleep this is not the place. You can hear everything inside the rooms and housekeeping is directly next to Colbalt so they are in and out all night long and don’t even attempt to be quiet. Vacuuming at 4am and banging into the wall with the vacuum. It’s a great concept and could be an amazing place with better upkeep and attentive staff. We will try again at another location.
