Nice place to work... Need to let up on some restrictions when you're driving for them.. Some things honestly can't be helped. Said they tried to contact me within my 2mth period but my cell was broke and I haven't seen an email from them contacting me only email in response to my email's to them

Worst warehouse to get your packages delivered from. They use Flex drivers. 3 times this past year the driver has come to within 3 miles of my house ..but instead of delivering my same day delivery package...they turn around and just go back to Newcastle...just 'cause i guess...I do call and complain and Amazon has no explanation...well they actually say.. " it's still coming tonight".. it never does. Why continue to use drivers who don't complete their routes? So the item that was to be here by 8:00 pm yesterday..." now expected by 10:00 pm today"..way to go NewCastle!! Meds for my pet...Conshohocken warehouse on the other hand is awesome.

I’m a flex driver, and this is by far my favorite warehouse to pick up from. I visited the new Wilmington warehouse last night for a flex and did not like it. New castle is better because you walk in the warehouse, scan your license at the kiosk, and while the app assigns you your route You wait on the side and then you go pick up your load.

They could not help me change my password! I was told “ EVERY TIME “ that I had to call them back and I finally told them that I was going to be calling their CORPORATE! Office to report how I was being treated! Well! The ladies in the corporate office they listed to what I was going through and they took alllll the time to help me out with changing my password and a package that I never received ( again) I spent ( 4 ) hours on the phone just to get help with changing my password and looking for my package!!!!!!

Between the staff and the so called support we really don't get much assistance. Plus they ask for feed back from drivers but it goes in one ear and out the other. When requesting to speak to a actual manager you receive attitudes.. when things don't fit in your car your penalized for it as if amazon don't have the technology to know what fits in your car safely. The miles are going up but pay is still the same. When you express concerns about areas you deliver it goes un heard.. I wouldn't recommend this for anybody to be honest.. the lack of accountability and the passing of the buck is the reason of the one star. Even when you communicate via email you receive some generic response insulting your intelligence.. also they discriminate against people with disabilities which isn't handicap

What I like about this location able you to get you packaged go to your car and able to pack on your own time other Amzon warehouse you drive in line and you have time grime you got leave

Your drivers are the worst. Can this dumb driver explain why she didn’t just open the gate and slide the package in?. I got a full refund and kept the humidifier but I’m sure it’s broken. She needs to be fired!!!
