I recently singed at the Amaray and my experience here has been, by far, one of the best. I was very impressed by the building and exceptional staff. Upon my move day I met Samantha, the property manager. She was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful with anything I needed. Ednick was my leasing agent that showed me the unit and has been very helpful with every need or request. He followed up with me to make sure my move in went well and if there was anything I needed. Any maintenance requests were promptly addressed and the security they have here gives me peace of mind. I also really enjoy the fact that there is someone collecting packages at the front versus having to sort through them yourself in a package room. My experience has been 5-star so far!

I had the privilege of living in the Amaray Las Olas, and it truly deserves a five-star review. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the modern amenities, impeccable maintenance, and stunning views. The apartment itself is spacious, well-designed, and filled with natural light. The building staff is exceptional, especially Samantha always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any maintenance requests were promptly addressed, and the security measures in place gave me peace of mind. The location is also a huge plus, with convenient access to shops, restaurants. YES. YES. YES! We moved here 7 months ago and have been having the best experience. Our apartment is a home. Our space is comfortable and quiet. We don't hear neighbors on either side or above us. The building is clean and very well maintained. And the outside is always well landscaped. We have two gated dog parks; both of which are loved by our dog. The staff is fantastic!!! The office staff is accommodating and friendly. Gary, our concierge, could not be better. He knows everyone, and takes care of us as if we're family. Maintenance. WOW!! Every time we've had any issue – big or small – Albert and Javier have responded quickly. They are friendly, efficient, and extremely competent. You just can't ask for more in apartment living.

I had the opportunity to visit the Amaray and toured with Ednick, who I believe is the assistant property manager. He provided the best customer service I've ever experienced—knowledgeable and very kind. Ednick took his time, welcomed us with open arms, and the tour of the amazing building was fantastic. Currently living in Virginia, we're contemplating relocating to Florida for work, and the Amaray is a strong consideration. We appreciate the building's stand-alone charm and its quiet atmosphere.

My experience at Amaray Las, Olas, is unsurpassed. From the moment I walked into the front desk I realized this is where i wanted to live. The leasing staff, specifically Ed.was very helpful. On the first visit, he showed me around the building and a couple of units that were available. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to complete the application the same day. However, Ed continue to assist me in finding a unit that I can afford and that I would be happy. I really feel like he went the extra mile to help me In this transaction. Another factor that I was very impressed with is how everyone knew each other, As we walked around in the building, Ed was very friendly and courteous to everyone around him. His professionalism and Kindness really impressed us. Today I was finally approved and I am so excited to be a part of the. Amaray Las Olas family!

I can not be happier living here! The building is beautiful as soon as you walk in. Everyone that works here has been very nice. All the amenities are kept clean and work properly. I had a great experience working with Ed to help me close on my lease. I’m happy I decided to move into Amaray compared to other nearby apartments.

We moved in about a month ago and so far it has been a great experience for us. Ednick was a great guide for us during our first visit, then made things effortless for us to transition into our new home and community. The premises are well maintained, the location is unbeatable, and the people are respectful and great neighbors.

My husband and I toured this building yesterday; walked in and was greeted by Ed, he was great, very helpful and informative. He provided excellent customer service. The building itself is beautiful and clean with great amenities. Of all the places we toured, it was the best and exactly what we’ve been looking for.
