Alvin Extended Stay Motel - Motel in Alvin - 406 Hwy 6, USA

The cleanest, affordable motel around. The scottish inn nearby is nasty and so is the Motel 6. Quiet at night, located directly next to the bowling alley. A restaurant is also located in the parking lot, aswell. Staff is friendly, definently have to try it out.

AC didn't work it knocked hard and wouldn't stop. I asked to be moved and he refused . I asked for refund . He refused .. owners are trash .. and rude and uncaring for ur own good . Only the maid is worth anything here. Other than that it's trash . Don't waste ur money

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. When I checked it they asked me smoking or no smoking room? I told him no smoking and once I get in the room in hour later the room smelled like smoke, the tv channels wasn’t working, the wall and couch was dirty, light in the restroom was flickering straight out of a scary movie literally. Once I told the owner he apologized and stated that they tell all the guest no smoking but they don’t listen. So I called why ask for no smoking if people don’t Listen?? I asked for my money back for fail advertising and because my daughter has Asthma. They told me they can’t refund me all my money, that they will have to charge me a night stay. I was very upset. They has was very heart less. My daughter was having breath trouble just being in there for 10 mins.. I have to go to another hotel for the night. And get only half of my money back. As I paid for a week stay. I would t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Stay away from this hotel!

They could benefit from some upgrades, housekeeping does pretty good job, place just needs better pillows, and microwaves and refrigerators in all the rooms, otherwise it's pretty decent for the price.

Management was extremely rude multiple times. I stayed there for a few days and in the end of my stay the manager was cussing and just rude. He needs to learn how to deal with people better. There was absolutely no reason for him to talk to me in that manner.

This is the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in.There was no hot water. There were cockroaches everywhere and spiders. There was no heat in the room and the sheets were very thin. there was boot prints inside the tub and ashes in the sink. TV did not work and there was no Internet.. The guy at the front desk refused to give us our money back claiming that he took a shower in our room when we were gone and that the water was fine. we could never get a manager to talk to us and they made us stay there all night claiming that the manager would be there in the morning but that was a lie.They switched us rooms three times with never any hot water with no hot water the best we got was a heater and we still had roaches and spiders .This place was traumatizing for anyone who stay there.they gave us five minutes to get out once we get a partial refund after we complained about the no hot water no fire alarms and roaches spiders and no heat in the room. I had to go get a comforter to put on the bed it was so cold at night he got down to 39 that night. they threaten to call the law on us if we’re not out in five minutes. only to find out they had another facility across the parking lot that was brand new that they never bothered to put us in or accommodate us.This place is a Travesty and injustice to all hotels ever and I think they are prejudiced and they social profile people who they put this 300 building with no water and no heat. They had the audacity to tell us when we were trying to check out the room was a wreck and it wasn’t a wreck it was a wreck when we got there.Do not ever go to this hotel and I think there’s a class action lawsuit that should be filed against these idiots running this hotel. I feel sad that they do this to anyone they stick in this 300 hall hotel that they have no hot water and no heater and there’s roaches everywhere and no fire alarms what an injustice to people that have to stay in this 300 building of hell.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel in Alvin to no one if u are on highway 6 in Alvin stay in motel 6 or better one Exstended Stay really sux the shower head didn't work at all $75 dollars a night is way to much really for a night the TV didn't work or cable ,and the what was very annoying is that they didn't supply much toilet paper u have to keep asking the housekeeping for toilet paper Do Not Recommend this hotel on Highway 6 at all not even for $58 the manager was rude I told him he wouldn't like my review on his online review he said I'm not scared we'll u don't have to be scared at all just know u won't get customers or make money u will get closed down from health dept for not having all of these things in order and running soon u are false advertising this hotel Mr

Positive: They did offer a room downstairs. Negative: This time the customer service was rude. No towels were provided to take a shower. No microwave when they list one for the room. The cost of the room should have the pet charge included. Couldn't even put the heater up to keep the room warm.Dont recommend Negative: ""
