Alternative Cremation has been very supportive and easy to work with while handling my grandfather's end of life business. We were thrown a curveball when previous plans became impossible, and Alternative Cremation stepped in to help us pivot every step of the way, from deciding on a new plan to guiding us through paperwork. Have to admit, this is one of the hardest things I've ever done. Lenny Not only was very patient with the emotions we were expressing and feeling, but he was compassionate towards them and walked us through it. Even going above and beyond and expressing the different emotions of roller coaster feelings would be happening and what to be prepared for. When experiencing emotions and life like this, it's important to have people that know the steps you need to take. So when your brains not raining right they can make sure things get done right. Very positive experience with Alternative Cremation so far. After my father passed we were able to reach the manager very early in the morning and setup everything clearly and directly. The pick up service was exactly what we wanted, Jason and his team made the transfer of my father out of our home a respectful and dignified process and helped to gave my mother the closure she wanted. I had been on the phone all day with people talking to me like they were sell me my dead relative. It was truly a relief to talk with the director and he was more concerned about my well-being and answering my questions then what I was going to buy. Thank you guys you are great!
