I spoke with Steve on the phone to reserve a room and right away he made me feel very comfortable. He was so helpful over the phone. Once I got to the front desk Steve greeted me not as a customer but as a tenant. He was very respectful kind and one of the best customer service in a hotel I have received. If you come to this hotel please ask for Steve. He will take the time to make sure you are taken care of and make you feel welcome. I will come here again as long as they have employees like Steve. Thank you Steve for treating me with great customer service.

The rooms are good I have been staying here for two months most likely going to continue my stay here. I have to thank front desk staff for everything they do. Steven is the man he always comes through. Sabrina is awesome she is always so nice to my son makes him feel welcome all the time she sees him. The staff here deserves a lot recognition. The managers are awesome Damien and crystal are great people and are very understanding. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay, whether it short term or long term.

My family and I stayed there for a month after selling our home and moving out of state. The front desk and staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, October 21, 2023, my son died in the room while I was away. At the time the phones were not connected, and I called the front desk to check on my son. They knocked but he didn't answer the door. The attendant said he heard the TV, but did not check on him. This was the saddest experience I have ever had at a hotel. So, any comments regarding the quality of the hotel do not surpass this. Sadly, cameras and phones were not working at the time, so we never found out who might have been in the room when my son passed away. I hope things have improved since then so that this never happens again.

As long as you are not expecting the Hilton for the price then you are going to be okay. Considering they also offer weekly and monthly it's hard to find to many things to complain about. $100 deposit required. Not a big deal since a lot of places here require some form of deposit. Minor things here and there but nothing that can't be overlooked for the price. I guess it depends on the kind of person you are but honest review is I've stayed at a decent amount of $70 and under establishments and this is far from the worst. And theres a nice clean pool. I should also note I have kids and a wife and haven't felt unsafe nor have they. Police do frequent the parking lot but unless you're doing something illegal where's the harm in that. I don't know any of the front desk staff on a well enough basis to call them by their names but all of the ones that have been mentioned in previous reviews have been more than pleasant and accommodating if I needed something. Ice and drink machines on-site as well as laundry. An elevator to get to the higher floors. For the price and location not much more you can ask for other than to not be bothered and if you stay to yourself you won't be. People are often outside their rooms just sitting or smoking, and that might bother some people but I haven't had a problem and I haven't seen any issue with it so again as long as you stay to yourself it's a good place to stay.

I have been here for 2 and half months. My room was clean and perfect when I got into the room at pool side. The view was perfect pool clean and clear. I had an accident in the bathroom with the nozzle for cold water immediately it was fixed. Housekeeping was good. I called the office to get clean sheets didn't take long at all. I had a problem with my sink maintenance came fixed the problem. I want to thank Krystal the assistance manager for doing an amazing job keeping up the property, as well Steve,Sabrina at the front desk who do amazjob as well. Always have a smile on there faces. I do recommend this hotel.

Rooms were Ok , every room has a different theme some better than others. They do have few things that will be needed to be fixed soon. Service was good overall but I must say Steve really stood out. Any inconvenience or anything me or my guys needed he made sure to take care of it immediately. His attitude and professionalism was on point , really makes you feel welcomed. Don’t expect your room to be cleaned at all if you stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Very local, great location, and close to just about anything you can think of. The rooms are in livable condition with essential needs such as hot water, great WiFi connection, and cold a/c.The pool is nice and crisp every time we visit. The front desk Steven is a definite reason why I rate five stars on the service. No matter if it is on the phone or in person he is a very professional, well experience front desk guest service agent. He made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was able to honor request with manager approval in less than 24 hours in advance.

SO IT WAS A SPUR OF THE MOMENT VACATION AND STEVEN CHECKED ME IN MY ROOM. I WAS SO TIRED AS I HAVE BEEN DRIVING 500 miles with 3 TEENAGERS! He was the sweetest most genuine hotel/ extended stay clerk I’ve ever met. Even throughout my stay he made sure I/ my family was straight!! He deserves a promotion and I’m 100 positive I’m not the only one who has said this but maybe the only one who has taken the time too post it!!! STEVEN YOU ARE AMAZING!!
