A dump. Room reeked of smoke, cabinet front busted out, a Roach just crawled up my back, sheets have stains, though they do smell clean... But for $35, we did have hot water, ac, a fridge, microwave, the place was quiet, we slept comfortably otherwise.

Off limits to soldiers..that should tell you something
