quite an incompetent place. took my Dell laptop because I had a problem charging the battery. they plugged it using the charger it came with and instantly I was told it needs a new battery that was around $100. they replaced the battery and I took the laptop home. I plugged it in and the same problem existed. bought a new genuine charger from Amazon and the problem was gone. the problem was the charging cable. they replaced the battery for no reason. what pisses me off is that they didn't took 15 seconds of their time to plug in the laptop after replacing the battery and see if it's going to charge right. incompetent place

Fixed my MacBook’s charging port quickly and for a reasonable price while keeping me in the loop :) friendly staff and easy process! Would recommend.

So grateful for these guys right now. I had a failing hard drive in my Mac, took me almost two weeks to get my data off of it. After that I thought about bringing it to Apple in Reno knowing I’d get ripped off for taking the iMac apart and replacing the drive. I decided to go by the reviews for Alpine and give em a chance... so glad I did. Not only did they charge a fraction of what Apple would charge, but it took them ONE DAY. My iMac is running better than new, thanks to Chris 💯

We were here on vacation when a piece of my charger broke off in the port of my iPhone. We brought it in here and they were able to fix it in 2 minutes and get us on our way. Highly recommend and will use them anytime we are back in the area - we come yearly.

Do not take your iPhone to get repaired or screen fixed here. They put broken screens on your phone then when you come back, will replace your battery with a non apple product. Mind you , never wanted them to work on my battery or anything other than the screen. Now I constantly get a “ your battery is not a genuine apple product”. everytime i plug my phone in. they claim it was brand new screen and that id have to get it replaced again. They finally put a “ working “ screen on it. Which only lasted 3 days before blacking out completely. No drop, no nothing. Ended up taking to the other repair place in town and haven’t had a problem since. Bad business

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a specific scheduling software that disappeared on me. They helped me reinstall it. It took them just a few minutes and they didn't even want to be paid. Don't get that kind of service much anymore.

They were unable to repair my Mac laptop. It had taken them over a month to get to it. I had given them other business as well so I was in & out of their office. I forgot to pick it up & called them just after the 90 days. First I was told no problem I could pick it up. But when I went down, he lied & said he didn’t have it. I got upset because of the memory on the laptop. He actually went in the back & gave me a memory stick! So obviously the new manager saw an opportunity to make more $ on the deal & that’s exactly what he did. I had paid the upfront diagnostic fee, they could have given me the laptop on the myriad times I was there to do business w them on the other things I hired them to do, but they exploited the situation.

I called ahead about whether they had a specific adapter, and they were very helpful. I was asking for the wrong thing, but they asked what I was trying to do and they made sure I got the right cable.

The place is really nice, the water is crystal clear but very cold. It's worth it to pay the $5.00 fee to see this beautiful place. In the middle of it there's an old house, scary but beautiful.

Beautiful hike to Eagle Lake that took about 30 min after the bridge. This time of year there was snow and ice on the trail that made it slippery but was worth the quick trip up and back.

Took this trail to go to Cascade Falls. It's flat for the first 5 mins or so and then becomes rocky and risky at the corners. There is some construction work going on in the area so they have put up temporary boards marking the trail. Good job! It
