I live in southern CA and had questions on which buildings at our center Alpha’s monitoring service covers. He drove out to our center and sent me photos of the alarm equipment. Appreciated greatly that he went above and beyond to drive out to the center!

We have used Alpha for a while now and everything has been fine. Recently we had a window sensor fall off and when we called in they sent a tech out right away to resolve the problem. Hard to tell a companies morals when everything goes right. It's when things don't go right you find the real value of a company.

Since I have used Alpha for my alarm and camera systems at my Business in downtown Bakersfield, when the time came to replace my home alarm system, it was an easy decision to choose Alpha Technologies. Alpha showed up on time for the quotation and for the installation. The new system is simple to use and I feel my home has complete security and monitoring, without being a burden to our daily activities. The design and costs were fully explained, affordable and my monthly monitoring is actually less than I was paying before. I can easily recommend Alpha Technologies from Sales consultation(Cale), to Installation/setup(Andy) to monitoring. I am glad to use a local Bakersfield business for my alarm service.

Fantastic company! They're up to date with the latest product and I'm super happy after switching from Vivent. I haven't armed my system in over a year with the previous company and now? I can see everything that goes on at my home from my phone. Having a local company like Alpha means immediate service. The larger companies may give you a deal on the forefront, but trust me...you'll get what you pay for eventually. I'm a customer for life!

I have been a client of AlphaTec for over a year now and felt it was time to share the love. I have their service on 3 different address and must say their customer service is second to none. I have called them at all hours when I have had an issue and 1st they answered their phone locally and live. 2nd most issues were solved over the phone, when John had to come out on a Sunday it was quick and painless. It price is very inexpensive for the service provided. At first I went with them to save a few bucks but now I would not change to save any amount of money. I would say you just can’t buy that kind of service anymore, but apparently you can. If you have a choice I would recommend AlphTec
