I chose Alpha Electronics because of the outstanding Google Reviews as well as the high rating of stars. I arrived and did not realize an appointment was required. I went in regardless to inquire if the MCS-6700 Turntable I recently inherited from my grandfather who had passed that previous week could be repaired by this place. I was greeted by Ken upon entering. He stated an appointment was required but took the time to hear me out regarding the turntable. He told me that since I was already there, he would book me in. The repair took about a little over a week due to him searching for parts. Once I got the call the day before pick up, I was nervous and excited as this turntable is of sentimental value. The day I arrived to pick it up, he went to retrieve it from the back. As he approached with it in hand, I was completely speechless. The turntable had looked as if it was brand new from the store. He polished every part of this turntable and I was truly floored at the sight of it. I had a hard time but was able to hold back my tears as I knew my grandfather was smiling down from above. I can't thank Ken enough, he is truly a blessing! I have been spinning vinyl on it ever since, Thank You So Much Ken!!🙌🏼

Friendly, honest, and fair prices. He has repaired a vintage Pioneer car 8 track/FM stereo in 2015 and it still works like new today in 2024.He also repaired a vintage Kenwood home stereo amplifier receiver in 2019 and still working like new. Recently in June 2024 he repaired a mini Denon home stereo and is working great. I highly recommend Alph Electronics repair shop.

These guys did a great job repairing my Sony CD Changer/Burner. I'm going to check out their vintage Direct Drive Turntables next. They stay busy, so I'm waiting for them to send me some pictures of the turntables they have in my price range. Hopefully they have some Technics on hand. That's my favorite brand for turntables and headphones. This is definitely the place for electronics repair.

Had my car amp examined and was charged to see if it was repairable. The owner told me it was going to be ready soon. I had to call a month and half later because he was too busy to call me just to inform me he couldn't find the part for repair. I bought another amp, its the same brand and model which was working fine. I bought it for parts so he can use it for repair. He said he had to charge me to check that amp. I checked it myself and it worked fine. Got into arguement with him. He just wanted to rip me off again. I payed again so he later tells me its too difficult to repair it. When I picked up both my amps it was three months later. Which I had no music for three months in my car. The owner should have told me he couldn't repair it from the beginning. I would of saved time and money. Zero stars for this place. I definitely don't recommend this place. What he did was a scam.

I took my grandparents Realistic turntable/music system, which was in terrible shape, and Ken brought it back to life within a week. I’m so grateful. He clearly has a singular talent and I am so honored to have witnessed it in action. Thank you Ken. Make sure you make an appointment and be prepared to travel back in time when you enter the shop—such a great experience!

45 years ago my Dad came home from Germany retired from the army. With him he brought this massive stereo system he put together. I remember as a child watching him play his funk and jazz records....my eye would be memorized by the light on the turntable...going around and around. My Dad is now long gone but i picked up his love of music. A few weeks ago my sister was going through some storage and found my Dad's turntable....a Fisher MT6250....first direct drive ever! I was so excited! I thought my Dad lost or sold it years ago. I took it to Ken at Alpha. He refurbished it and got it back to working! He did an amazing job and took me back in time when I was a kid watching the records play. I now have something very special to remind me of the better moments of my childhood....thanks Ken!

Great place. If you have any electronic that is failing and it might be outdated for warranty over but you still love the item and was still working great but need a little fix or definitely failed but would like to bring it back to life this is the place. Real audio and electronic professionals here.

These guys do AMAZING work. Ken is clearly passionate about keeping this old audio equipment in use, and puts a lot of care into his repair work. I brought in an old Sansui 6060 I had that had a few issues - phono channel cutting out, scratchy volume, bunch of lights out, etc. I had brought it to two other repair people in recent years and neither of them were able to fix it. Ken did a full go-over on the receiver, replacing everything that needed it. It's nicer now than the day I got it 25+ years ago. Expect the repair to take a long time - Ken has a big backlog of work and parts on these can take a while to source. But it's worth it - it's rare enough to find someone who CAN repair this stuff, to find someone who cares this much to do a good job is exceptional. Thanks Ken!
