Avoid this place at all costs! This is the worst company I have ever worked for my entire life. I’m not sure where to start with the place… For starters they accidentally termed me from the system and I was unable to work for 4 days until they got my accounts reactivated. Their solution for pay was to use my earned PTO for a mistake THEY made. They refused to correct their mistake and pay me for the days I was forced to miss. Also at the time of employment I was told I could request a schedule change after 90 days, after 90 days I went to my supervisor and explained I’ve got two young children and a nighttime routine that I needed to be there for. I let them know 1pm-10pm with Thursday and Friday off was not working for my family. My supervisor said she understood and it could take up to 6 months or longer for a schedule change to be approved. I waited 5 months and decided to ask if it’s been reviewed just to find out my supervisor never submitted the request and I would need to wait another 6+ months to possibly be approved. I let them know I felt like I was forced to look for new employment but would continue working my normal shift for a few more days but they went ahead and locked me out of my systems so I couldn’t work my last few shifts. I was warned of this company and really wish I had listened. Moral of the story.. they do nothing to keep you as an employee and you are nothing but a number to this company.

Misleading goals. Poor support. Terrible pay. There are a lot of reasons why, and you would think they would listen to why and take action. They mention in other ratings they are listening, but they truly are not. Numerous broken promises. Very unprofessional. Very stressful due to poor management. There are too many system errors. It's very unfortunate because there are some really awesome individuals working there, but the bad outweighs the good in a terrible way.

I had to quit due to my kids health and other issues, the manger over the TM I had was cool, but I have yet to get my last paycheck from them and it’s been over a month already!! No communication from them whatsoever! I wouldn’t work for them again, especially not Best Buy customer service!

Disappointing leadership, failed to inform staff of site closing and account loses. Would rather have folks quit their jobs to avoid paying unemployment.

I would never recommend working for this company to anyone as they practice entrapment. I worked there for a very brief time nearly a year ago, and quit. I sent instant messages to my supervisors asking for how to return equipment, called numerous times (only for their line to hang up before I was able to speak to anyone), and sent emails, only to never be told what to do with my equipment. Only now am I getting my first piece of mail [dated year 6016] that threatens legal action despite my inability to get in contact with the company for assistance. Absolute trash.

I really like working here. Honestly I have never worked at a call center and they have really great staff training you and making sure you are ready in every possible way. Everyone is friendly and helpful and you never feel like an inconvenience. If you’re considering working here I would highly recommend it. They are accepting of everyone.

I worked there in 2019 before covid for there best buy branch could've been cleaner ants on desks not appealing they hadn't figured out what to do with covid yet. It had just started but I left mainly cause my internet crapped out while I was working at home and they said I would have to provide my own ....it was a okay place but could've been better in some areas hopefully has improved since I was there.

I'm disabled. I've tried for 3 years to find a job that would accommodate my disabilities. I explained what they were in the 3 part interview and they were so agreeable and had no problems. They did ask for the letter from my doctors which I'd expect. Only problem I discovered was thier attendance policy for training did not allow any accommodation to the one day I needed for legal suit mediation from the accident. I was told it would still be deducted from the 2 day/16hr attendance allowance. The managers, front desk clerks and employees that did the testing to hire were very pleasant and casual with a calm demeanor that I found very nice.

Such an awesome place with super gracious host. Stayed there for Thursday and Friday night so that we could see the comedy show and not have to drive home afterwards sat by the creek and spent the day relaxing kudos.
