Aloha Motel - Featured Reviews (36)
Me and my boyfriend stayed there for four months and it was great. Loved everything it’s very affordable and nice rooms and the manager Kim is really nice, and we got our deposit back everything overall a 10/10 experience thank you.
I have been staying there for a couple weeks love it place is clean and quiet the manager Kim is awesome I was staying in Fort Myers at a motel on Cleveland Ave it was horrible roaches small fridge which the freezer froze up every other day dresser broken original bed spreads from the fiftys and rent was 420 a week glad I found Aloha
Poor doesn't even describe the property manager Kim. I have to say that all the bad reviews on this place are all 100% correct. Her absolutely horrible attitude depends on the day and mood, which 99% of the time is ridiculous and childish. The way this woman acts is so unprofessional and this place IS NOT kept up at all. She breaks more city ordinance laws than I can even explain but two of the worst ones are the stolen illegal cable and the fact that she actually pumps the septic tank into the side field which explains why the grass over there is greener than anywhere else on the property. She is constantly in all the tenants business and insists on making thier business her business EVEN THO ITS NONE OF HER BUSINESS, she gets in people's faces and yells at them like a high school kid, she's extremely racist (if you aren't white she won't rent to you or even let you on the property), she threatens tenants with physical harm (which I witnessed several times), talks badly about tenants to other tenants on the property, and throws temper tantrums like a 3 year old. Your family, friends, etc cannot stay overnight even if it's for one night because she will claim that it runs up the utilities (which is what the outragious price gouging rent amount is supposed to cover at this dump), I can't even believe how nasty this woman is. If your smart you will live in a cardboard box behind the abandoned Winn-Dixie before you rent at this place. Kim will make your life absolutely miserable. The funny thing is that she is all bark and no bite, she can run her mouth but when someone gives her back what she throws she can't handle it. She obviously hates her pathetic life and takes it out on everyone else around her and has nothing better to do than talk about everyone else. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT!
WARNING! Manager is a racist, and has obvious mental issues. She will not rent to anyone who is not white. And if you rent from her once, she'll never rent to you again. Even if you leave on good terms. Her name is Kim and she is a pill head, and is crazy. And she will do all she can to keep your deposit. Sunny court is way better. And the manager is NOT A PILL HEAD MENTAL CASE. Like Kim from aloha. Avoid Aloha, or you'll regret it.
I didn't get the opportunities to rent here. The "property owner" does not like people calling once a day to inquire about available units. She was very rude and used profanity and said she can choose who she rents to and that because I called once a day for about a week she "doesn't want me". I had no idea calling a business phone to inquire about a unit once a day was so upsetting and such an inconvenience. She had also told me at one point a unit would be available in a couple of days but she had rented it before she told me it would be ready so that is why I called once a day for about 1.5 wk. thought businesses welcomed business but I guess not.
I have nothing bad to say about the Aloha Motel. We don't have to worry about our places or our cars being broken into. We don't have to worry about drug addicts or crack heads or sex offenders. Or landlady keeps the riffraff and undesirables out. She works her butt off daily to make sure that we are comfortable and have everything we need and that everything is working properly. If something needs fixing she gets on it automatically. The only people she refused service to are known addicts, troublemakers, and people she is wary of. If you cause problems or act a fool or get caught with drugs, she will call you out on it, and she will only throw people out as a last resort. I've seen her give multiple chances to people who didn't deserve it. Yes, she's a hard ass. And that is exactly what makes this place a safe place to live!
It is a very quiet place.... Kim busts her hump every single day too improve things. She does her best to keep junkies and the like out... To keep everything safe.
I used to live here the rooms arent worth what you pay for them. Management is hit or miss depending on whether shes in a good mood or not likes to be in your business and will stab you in the back....just like everyone else in Florida i met. Must be in the water there. Glad i came back to Texas where people are 💯 i will never go back to Florida
I am very pleased with the Cold Steel Trail Boss axe. It is one of the best deals in all of lumber tooling and recommended by Wranglestar and other top media axe experts. The item was shipped quickly and came in excellant condition. I highly recommen

Great gym with very experienced coaches. I stopped in while traveling out of state for work and they were super welcoming. It is evident they train people to fight and have some very skilled athletes, however they were just as interested and attentiv

The store is amazing! It is like walking into a museum but all the pieces are for sale. It's also much bigger than I expected! There are two separate sides to the store so be sure you see both. You can easily spend many hours in here as I did over tw
