Aloha Motel Apartments - Motel in New Smyrna Beach - 6700 Turtlemound Rd, USA

The Aloha is located across from the beach, towards the end of Turtlemound Road, not far from the state park. It is a small, friendly, family-style hotel with about 12 units. ||||All rooms have a kitchenette and wifi. The rooms are clean and quiet. Some of the upper rooms have a very lovely view of the lagoon. There is a large, wide very clean beach across the street with easy access for Aloha guests. Manatees frolic in the waters just a 5 minute walk round the back of the hotel. ||||There are plenty of restaurants, basic shopping and nice supermarkets within 10 minutes driving distance. ||||The staff is very friendly, attentive (if you need their help) and very knowledgeable about the area. ||||If you're looking for a more relaxed "Old Florida" experience, I would highly recommend the hotel.

My wife and I live about 50 minutes from the beach and wanted to stay beachside for the weekend. We had seen this place on our drive to the beach and stopped in to take a look. The manager showed us several of the rooms and answered our many questions. We booked the room for the following weekend. We think that this place is a very good value and gave us what we were looking for, a clean room, a well equipped kitchen and friendly staff in a great location a three minute walk from the beach. We will be staying there again. We stayed in unit C which was one bedroom but they have several other multi bedroom units available. Location is 5 minutes to the Canaveral Seashores beaches, and 10 minutes from downtown new Smyrna Beach and it didn't break the budget.

We really hate writing this review. We want to say terrible things about the Aloha so we can keep this gem all to ourselves!!!! We just got back yesterday from spending 2 weeks at the Aloha and it was SO relaxing. If you are looking for a 5 star, "uppercrust" resort, this is not the place for you, but if are looking for something nice and clean at a great value, you can stop your search. The manager greeted us when we arrived and immediately took us to our room, which was unit "C", and explained everything. The Aloha is located less than 5 minutes from Canaveral National Sea Shore and we spent everyday there relaxing on nearly deserted beaches. When we got back from the beach we cooked most of our meals in the room which was well stocked with all the cooking items needed (there was even coffee left for us!). I could write a book about all the wonderful things to say about the Aloha but TripAdvisor does not allow that. We look forward to going back next year!!!

First time back in 15 years! I stayed in room F. The manager took me up to room, she explained that the entire place had been remodeled.The unit is unique and in how the manager furnished each room. The living room is filled with antique furniture, even having a hurricane lamp. The kitchen gets a little more. modern, as doeso the bathroom and living room. It was well thought out and does work due to the layout. Loved being able to sit out on deck after fishing, watching the sunset. I booked for a week, but had to leave early, after hurting my foot. Manager said she would credit me the 3 days ! I wasn't expecting that! No one does that in this time of day, but they do!

Was up for something off the beaten path, and this little place fit the bill just fine. Caught a stay 2 get one night free deal that certainly fit my description of being thrifty. Just a few steps across the street from the uncrowded NSB beachfront, and right down the road to the south is Cape Canaveral National Seashore for great hiking and wildlife viewing. ||The owner, from Boston, and the live-in manager, do all they can to make a guest feel at home here. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook a meal, should you want a calm evening listening to the waves crash against the sand and rocks.||Couldn't have found a more peaceful retreat!

The room was pleasant and clean. Next time I will bring my own towels. The kitchen was very convenient and well appointed. A short walk to the beach and within easy drive of all NSB attractions. Nicely priced and easy to find. Dirt lot parking. Boat access nearby. Lots to recommend it.

This is our second year staying at the Aloha and it did not disappoint! Can not wait until next year. Janette is great to work with and our neighbor Stan was a wealth of information. We were there for the Fourth of July and we have never seen as many fireworks as we did on the beach. 2 hours of fireworks up and down the beach!

My stay at the Aloha was fabulous! The manager and the owner were helpful to point out the nearby attractions. My room was clean and there was a full kitchen and bath. Also I got the best nights sleep. I have already booked my room for my next visit to the Aloha.
