Aloha Beach Resort & Suites - Resort hotel in Wisconsin Dells - 1370 E Hiawatha Dr, USA

This is a very nice resort, even in the off-season. The pool was nice, and I loved that they have a sauna, and we had the pool to ourselves for the entire stay. There is a nice small game room. There is no breakfast offered, though, which was not an issue. The only thing I didn't like so much was that half the channels on the TV were frozen, so there was nothing for our daughter to watch at night. Other than that small detail, everything was great.

The rooms have the theme of a 1980s hospital. My computer monitors at home are bigger than the TV. The indoor pool is nice. The staff were great. The place needs to be modernized a little bit but overall it was a decent stay for the price.

A simple motel with lake views. Very clean. And the manager stopped by to see if we needed anything extra for the room. We didn't get much of a chance to explore, but we could see they had a communal fire pit, swimming pool and beach, and playground for the kids. Our only disappointment was the beds were a bit hard for us. We agreed we would definitely stay there again.

There is bedbugs in our room that we paid $600 for (2 nights). The room was right on the lake, right next to the rest of our family members. So we kindly asked to be switched to a different room. We were promised a quick call back, which we never got so we walked over to the front desk. After quite a wait, the front desk staff let us know there were no other rooms available so we had to be switched over to their partner hotel (natura). We went happily even though it was 2am and we were exhausted and frustrated. When we arrived we were given a room for a value $200 less than what we paid, and the room was in the basement with no view of anything. I called to complain and let them know that we were unhappy with the room we got and that hospitable thing to do would be to upgrade us since they've put us through all this mess. And the front desk receptionist told us that we should just have moved the bugs off the bed and slept in the original room. I asked her if she would sleep in that bed and she had nothing to say. They are absolutely the most rude and unwelcoming hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Attaching pictures of the bugs this hotel recommend we sleep next to for $600 :) Edit: it’s currently 3:00am and they refuse to even refund our money so we can stay elsewhere. We’ll have to spend extra money on another hotel night and speak to management tomorrow at 7am and they still can’t guarantee they’ll refund our stay even though we’re not staying here.

My son is disabled and doesn't have a cellphone. They don't have any working phones. Not even ones to call the front desk for any needs or an emergency. The rooms only have dead bolt and key card lock but no other lock for you to use. My son's room was so called locked and they walked in. Also the pool area doesn't have any lock. No key card entry. Anyone can walk in. The wireless doesn't have a password either. I was told no hotels give a password to access their wireless and that the manager didn't understand my complaints and hung up on me. From day one I complained and so has my son. Also add very uncomfortable beds. Don't stay here.

First time here and we were very happy. Clean and well kept. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Outdoor beach area is relaxing and fun. Room was clean and spacious. Definitely worth the money. We will return!

Positive: The beach was awesome. Would have been nice to have some shade around the pool. Umbrellas in the tables. Kids really enjoyed the water activities and the kayaks, Negative: I did not enjoy my room on the lowest level. Said Garden view but looked out into the parking lot!!! this hotel has no common gathering space for families to play games.

This was a great location to stay in every way! Room was great. The pools and lakes were awesome! Kids had so much fun. One thing they could improve was having a fire every night. We would have enjoyed that even more!
