We booked cause close to airport. The hallways are painted black so very dark and dingy, the thermostat in room didn’t work and the air conditioner made a squealing sound all night, no shampoo or conditioner in room, the sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. Staff not friendly We were put in room next to road so not only was the air conditioner loud we had the pleasure of being woke by cars. Not great for a long day of travel. My husband is titanium definitely not how they should treat very loyal customers.

Location to the airport is great, service was great. We got a room on first floor. There is bare concrete visible in the hallway. Make me wonder what other problems there are.walls on the room are black. The lighting is horrible. The rugs look like they are older than I am. I'm 63. This is one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in. I was afraid to let my clothes touch anything in the room. The AC unit is loud. Profits over people. The owner does not care, if they did, they'd take action. What do they care, they're laughing all the way to the bank. Contrast this review with the one for Hampton Inn, which delivered above and beyond.

Aloft has kind of a modern 70's vibe. It is a little funky, but also decorated nicely and kind of modern at the same time if that makes sense. The lobby has a nice sitting area, fire place, a pool nearby, an outdoor sitting area and assorted accoutrements. The lobby also has a small selection of snacks available for purchase. They have a pay for breakfast, which isn't anything spectacular ... But will do in a pinch if you don't have time to find something better. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably nice. Glass shower doors, good blackout curtains, USB-A power. The location isn't conveniently near a lot of interesting things, but potentially good depending on your needs. The parking is in a paid lot with kind of a funky entrance and exit, a little more secure but not the most obvious for accessibility. You can get your parking validated by the hotel.

Customer service is always great when I come there to stay. I was just recently there and the Bartender Ms.Robin is just wonderful. She created such a nice vibe for everyone. And her drinks are so darn good. I would give her a liquor choice and a flavor and she’ll create something spectacular.

Booked two rooms. Verbally mentioned my rooms were already paid for and each room still needed a card on file and held $250.fine rules are rules. After our stay were charged for both rooms on each card and I had to call several times over two weeks later I finally talked to a “manger” who never gave me her name but said unless I knew who I spoke to the 5-6 times I called she couldn’t address why the messages were never relayed but each member told me I would be hearing from their manager. manger was not caring they held money that didn’t belong to them for weeks with nothing to make up for the mistakes and miscommunication.

Elevator floor looks like a 70s disco room ..like it was cleaned with Tire Shine. Carpet yells funeral home ..only 1 microwave in the hotel ...in the lobby ....yes, the lobby...have fun waiting to heat your food ..,, no ice machine on floors..AGAIN.. leave the room go to lobby to get a bag of ice. Lady knocks on door at 9am ..asking "what time you check out"..like checkout times are flexible or something..not a hello..how are you ..terrible customer service .. Oh, they charge $250 per night for incidentals 🤣🤣🤣..without telling you..a sign is in the elevator telling you to request housekeeping..again,, not told to you .. I asked for assistance to remove trash from room, restock cups, refresh towels..I was told ,, housekeeping was gone for the day ...,, Wow,, for $250 of incidentals ...customer service is expected to be beyond average. The two female desk associates were pleasant....after going downstairs AGAIN because they wouldn't answer phone...a gentleman assisted me...and apologized for the neglect and disrespect his team members displayed. So I'm on a family vacation with $500 on hold , stuck in this hotel with an awful atmosphere and customer service..

I stayed one night at this hotel during a layover from the Philadelphia airport after a missed connection. The room was clean and perfect for a short stay. We were on the higher floors, and on the morning of checkout, the elevators were not working, so we had to carry our luggage down more than five flights of stairs. Additionally, the pool area and lounge chairs were somewhat run down. I gave this hotel a 3-star rating because of these issues.

No microwave in the room. No good night light. Room is clean and laid out well. Pool room very cold. Water not heated and. Filter system not running at all over the Friday thru Sunday we stayed. We attempted to swim once but it was too cold in the water and in the room. Stopped in to check numerous times for filtering or heat and never was any. No towels available. Asked staff about bringing some. And never saw them in the cabinet. Cleaning services knocked on the hotel door at 9am asking when we are checking out. Not sure if that’s odd or not. They have a bar area and a gaming area with board games and a pool table that could be nice for spending time at. We didn’t. Parking is plentiful and fills up fast.
