Aloft Nashville Franklin - Featured Reviews (907)
First time staying at an Aloft. The hotel was very nice and clean. Lobby was spacious and had a small bar, pool table and games. We were there on a Friday and they had a singer in the lobby which was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, beds/pillows were great. Free coffee in the morning and breakfast available for purchase. Didn't try that, didn't look like anything special. Pet friendly as well, saw lots of dogs. You do have to pay extra for parking which was kind of annoying. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and would recommend. Thanks Marriott, will try Aloft again.
Overall great hotel. The lobby was hot and whatever scent they were using in there was really really strong. Otherwise it was a great experience. The gym was small but had everything you needed. The pool is indoor and we did not use it. Room was clean and really nice. I would definitely stay here again.
We’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years as it’s conveniently located. When we arrived for our most recent stay we discovered they now charge $10/day to park! It’s not the cost that bothered me but the corporate greed displayed by Aloft. They already charge a very stout room rate but now they want to grab more money from their loyal customers. Well, there are other hotels in the area that don’t charge for parking. I believe we’ll stay elsewhere for our next trip.
Positive: he gentleman at the counter was exceptionally courteous and professional. He actually seemed to be happy to be at work. There was a solo musician playing in the bar. She was phenomenal! The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. Negative: ""
We generally enjoyed our stay. The room had a unique layout that was functional however, except for the desk chair, there was really no place to sit other than the bed. There was a bench tucked under the TV but with two of us, that was where we put our luggage. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. The hotel has a hip vibe that feels a bit forced. (WC written on the lobby bathroom door, exposed ceiling pipes in the lobby, for instance.)This is a brand to appeal to a younger demographic. There’s a breakfast area, with all items for sale. The hotel is close to the highway. We chose a room on the opposite side and felt it was quiet. We’d stay here again but with all the hotels in the area, it might not be our first choice.
OK, so yesterday I gave a horrible review for this hotel because of a change in policy regarding parking during the middle of our stay. I will say this. After my review (and not because of my review) the hotel amended to not charge us for parking. Still don’t understand why all of the sudden there is a fee for parking and it wasn’t presented to us in check in but I have to give props for being changeable to a location when they do something right. In conjunction with this as some of you know flights are all crazy right now and we are not sure if we will even get out of here. The hotel graciously gave us a 4 p.m. checkout which they didn’t have to do. I raised this from 2 to 4 with that updated information and I will come back to this property in the future. Thanks to Aloft staff for being kind and understanding. A good book “Unreasonable Hospitality” by Will Guidara if anyone cares to read. This was in line with that philosophy.
Lots of good here. It's clean, the room is a nice size. The AC is reasonably quiet. The staff is nice and made to order paid breakfast is good. They had live entertainment in the lobby when I was there. That being said the hotel abuts a very busy highways with much truck traffic. Although the construction looks new the room is noisy from that. 24/7.
Great location! Surprised that there's a parking fee for a suburban hotel, but overall everything was very good. Fresh made to order breakfast was actually a great touch. Will be back!
I recently spent a night at the Hampton Inn in Barry Farms Crossing, Tennessee, and it was a delightful experience! From the get-go, the staff was super friendly and made check-in a breeze. The lobby was a nice, cozy spot that immediately put me at
