-i have stayed in this hotel 2X over the course of one year. The hotel is pet friendly, and the room I stayed in the second time absolutely smell of ‘wet dog’ covered up. I kept smelling the towels getting out of my shower. -If you are noise sensitive, and smell sensitive do not stay here. -staying in Manhattan New York, Chicago, and Beverly Hills frequently and I have never been charged a $100 incidental charge. I was pretty in shock. -beds are comfortable -parking is convenient -walkable to shops

It’s a beautiful hotel, lots of lights and music and games and appeals to younger, stop over type of place. We stayed here as a midway point on our road trip vacation. We were not super impressed with the rooms. More like a college dorm than a comfortable place to rest…for us anyway. Curtains to block off the sink and bathroom area. Although the actual toilet and shower room has a door…it’s just an open space that does not hinder sounds. The bedside tables had usb charging they did not work. The beds are small queens. If you are looking for cushy, pillow top, and super relaxing, this is not for you. If you want to relive your college days and post here before or after the next big game…then this is the place for you. The hotel bar is open late and there are plenty of folks waiting for conversation there. The front desk staff at night and in the AM were friendly, helpful and pleasant.

This is one of Marriott's "modern" hotels. There is very little storage for clothing. One bar with hangers in the entryway, two small drawers below the luggage stand and one small drawer in a bedside table. Seating is also limited to a corner banquette and one puff. On the fourth floor we were not disturbed by the nightly live music. Breakfast, not included in our rate, is a convenience store type "grab and go" in the lobby. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice big screen TV. The sink/shower area was separated from the bedroom by a large curtain, but the toilet area was enclosed by a sliding barn door. The hotel is across the street from a nice mall. It is a comfortable hotel unless you are attending a formal event -- don't know where I would have stored fancy clothes.

I stayed here passing through Little Rock and it was a great decision. There's surprisingly a lot to do in the lobby and bar area. They have so many games to play and the bar area is really cool. They have live music some nights. The pool area is really nice as well. I love the little cabanas. The rooms are nice and spotless and the front desk staff was great. There's a lot of shopping near by so the location is great as well. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

This is a wonderful Marriott hotel! We stay at a lot of Marriotts, and we really like this brand. Most Alofts that we have stayed at are great, and this one is one of our favorites. The price was very good especially for a Saturday. We were able to walk to dinner (Sullivans Steakhouse) which was nice. They had a live band that was entertaining, and the bar area was really fun. There are all kinds of board games, shuffleboard, and a pool table. The room itself was clean with modern decor. This was night 79 of an 80 day roadtrip, and this was one of our favorite stays. Highly recommended!

I had 2 reservations one for 2/27 & 2/28 and the second for 2/29 checking out 3/4. On 3/3 I checked out at 10am one day earlier than planned as my trip finished earlier than expected. I booked the nights with rewards points. I was told that I would not get the points back for the night of 3/3 because they have a 48 hour cancellation policy! I stayed for the previous 5 nights! I traveled extensively for business and never had this happen at any property. There are plenty of properties in Little Rock to choose from and in the future this will not be one.

I wanted to like this place since we had stayed here before (not with our dog.) We brought our dog this time, even though it was an extra $50 per day (which honestly makes no sense, as at other chains we sometimes are charged a pet fee for the stay, but never per day.) but I was unaware that would also equate to no housekeeping. We were only staying three days so that wasn't that dire, but it felt wrong to be paying so much for our dog to be on property and also not getting housekeeping and turn down for this privilege. |The rugs in the main lobby under the couches were horridly stained. Like horribly so, it was very off-putting. As much as the skull and crossbones pillows on them, but that at least is a difference of vibe I can overlook. |My dog found another occupant's toy under one of our beds, so I questioned the cleanliness of everything. The shower could really use a curved rod because I had fabric glued to me most of my shower, but I can live with that. There was no microwave in our room like we were told there would be - there is only one in the lobby snack sale area. Not great, but okay.|But it was getting locked out the first morning after walking my dog that I was really unhappy. We exited to the pool area to go to the pet relief area and when ready to come back in, could not get back inside. Swiped the key card and nothing. I tried four other doors in the rear and side with the same result. I asked them at the desk after coming all the way around to the front entrance again to check the key and explain. I was told that all the doors are locked, and I can prop one open but I need to tell them because otherwise they will unprop it and let it close. I just stared at the young man trying to make sense of this and again wondered other than the per day upcharge and a bowl of water in the main entrance - what exactly was dog friendly here? I was locked out without expecting to be.|But where I lost my freaking mind was being charged $36 for the coffees we had in the morning when the coffee was out in the snack area. WITH NO PRICE AND NO SIGN that this is not complimentary coffee. We knew there was no breakfast included but we're seriously charging for the coffee now too? I just can't. Never, ever ever again.

This is a super noisy hotel and it smells! I put ear plugs in, and still had difficulty falling asleep because the building literally shook as people walked around. And most importantly, the 2nd floor smells like a nursing home. It's a "poo-like" smell covered up by cleaning products - super nasty. UGH!

This hotel is world class. Elegant, tasteful décor in the public areas and private rooms. Our room had 12-14 foot ceilings with beautiful drapes, the king bed quite comfortable and plenty of coffee pods. Everything was pristine. The bar & grill had

We have stayed here many times. Staff has always been nice, and rooms are always clean. Breakfast well, what can I say, depends on who mans the kitchen.
