Aloft Hotel Rogers-Bentonville - Featured Reviews (734)
I have to start this review by highlighting the exceptional service provided by Lacie, the front desk evening employee. Her dedication and kindness truly set a new standard for customer service. After a grueling 20-hour drive from Florida to visit family in Arkansas, I realized I had left my pillow at the hotel. Despite the pillow being a relatively minor item, Lacie went above and beyond to ensure we retrieved it. Her genuine patience and effort were remarkable, and I can only imagine how she must handle more significant issues with the same level of care and professionalism. A heartfelt thank you to Lacie for making our stay so memorable and stress-free. Her exceptional service did not go unnoticed, and we deeply appreciate her kindness.
Had a wonderful experience at the bar. The hotel employees were very friendly and made you feel like you were at home.Had a wonderful experience at the bar. The hotel employees were very friendly made you feel like you were at home. This hotel literally has everything you can ask for when you’re going to the hotel clean room, smell good, pet friendly and wonderful lighting. Great place to stay. Also, thank you Tori for the wonderful food and drinks.
Stayed here once before and it was decent. Tried to book a room for this coming Sunday as a platinum elite member and use my ONE free night a year with a nightly Upgrade award. 1 of 5 for staying with them so much last year and was told it was one or the other. The manager called and was unhelpful. Set on the 800 number twice for 15+ min each and they both said it was up to management. My opinion is they could care less about taking care of loyal members. It’s the 3rd time this year I’ve tried to book this free night and it’s conveniently unavailable. I’m going to look into other hotel rewards programs and see about switching. It shouldn’t be that hard to claim rewards that were that hard to come by. 💁🏻♂️
Great place friendly staff. Great location. Most popular places are nearby. Trails are nice and easily accessible which was the main reason for the visit. Pool is nice and heated not allot of kids so that also is a plus. Will definitely stay again.
Victoria that works in the bar is absolutely phenomenal. She is personable, respectful and excellent ambassador for the Aloft. Such an amazing person. I always stay at the Aloft, but unfortunately it was sold out this trip, but I walked from the hotel, down the street, just to spend my money with her and the Aloft!!
Nice accommodations overall. Convenient location. Shout out to Tori. The bartender Tori was amazing! Very friendly and the service was outstanding. She was very professional yet made me feel like I was at home. I recommend you stay here and have the same experience.
Was forced from our home at 1:45 am May 27 2024 by a tornado that destroyed our home.|Aloft was the only hotel with electricity because they had a generator. Told them what happened and they gave us a room for a special rate of $96+ taxes per night but the rate goes up in a couple of days but again, they'll try to help us out. The rate went to $160+taxes the next day. Thenon the 8th night the rate went to $180+taxes and were told we had to move out because the hotel was booked for an even higher rate than we were paying! The girl at the front desk never even attempted to help us find another room or show any sympathy for my wife or me, both traumatized senior citizens me disabled. We stayed 8 nights and they only cleaned our room 3 times. We had to track down the only 2 maid in the hotel for clean towels and TP! No one from Marriott corp. OR Aloft cared we are victims of a declared national disaster who just lost everything they owned! They didn't care they just seen a money making situation.|The hotel is 10 years past needing renovation. Carpets are disgusting, broken shower. Tv didn't work had to.change rooms after 4 trips to the front desk because no one ever answered the phone. Paint in main reception area and elevators is pealing and hanging is strips. $15 for 4oz pack of cookies $4 for child size bag of chips etc. I give Marriott corp. And Aloft hotels an F- for their lack of care about the community they're profiting on and their greed and lack or leadership.
I would not consider this a good choice for anyone staying with kids or with anyone who is wanting to sleep later while another is awake. If one person is awake, everyone’s going to be awake! No real separation from front bathroom sink area and bedroom…Lights will be bright. 🫨 The bathroom (toilet/shower) area only has a barn door that didn’t close properly and does not have a lock of any kind. You can hear everything going on in there and anyone could slide the door open. Lacks privacy for sure! I prefer a hotel that offers free breakfast also, but they do have a little dining area where you can buy coffee and breakfast foods. This would probably be better for someone traveling for work…alone 😂
Clean rooms. Great staff. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. My only complaint would be some traffic noise. It was a Saturday night and it's a busy area. That was no longer a problem once the traffic died down. I would definitely stay here again.
This hotel adopts a convention center style, featuring a captivating open atrium design and elevators that offer a scenic journey to the top floors. The breakfast served each morning is consistently impeccable, adding a delightful touch to the stay.
Our service was fantastic! We were in town for a soccer tournament and Holly was great! The other staff were also great! Only con is Marriott tvs have remotes that are difficult to push the buttons. The pool was clean and the location was great!
My husband and I had a long morning and were starving, we took a chance to go to Sonâs Cuisine and we have no regrets. The service was amazing, the owners are so sweet, informative, and passionate about their food. They gave us an above and beyond
Visiting from Colorado Springs and Dual Cities was recommended by someone in the local CrossFit community. When I arrived, I just wanted to do a quick wod and work up a sweat. Had no idea the Luce hero wod was planned! I did it in just under 33 minut
An excellent smoking lounge, for cigar newbies or veterans, to watch a ballgame or just relax! The ventilation is excellent (no low-hanging haze) as is the music. Cigar offerings include many small-batch offerings you won't find elsewhere, and the wh
