Aloft Fort Worth Trophy Club - Hotel in Trophy Club - 96 Trophy Club Dr, USA

Had a few small issues that were quickly resolved by the staff! They ensured we could move past the issues quickly and enjoy our stay. Boba is an exceptional employee and really saved our stay. The bartender on was also amazing but of course I can’t remember her name. Super cool and retro looking rooms, we really loved the vibe of this whole place.

I went with my kids we stayed one night we were in town for a high school football game on Friday 8/30 we checked out the next morning everything was good then I realized once at home my son placed my James Avery rings on the bed and not in my purse..I called and asked if the cleaning staff turned them in the cleaning lady Rita said nothing was turned in. But I know someone in their staff found them you can’t miss two silver rings on a white sheet. It’s sad that people can’t do the right thing and turn them in. Because of this I will never stay here again cause I felt violated and lied to. Dishonest employees are the worst and make this company look bad.

First time staying at an Aloft and I didn’t have high expectations. This was a work trip and my peers picked this hotel. It was better than I expected. Room was fairly large and decent size bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Dry Bar products were featured in the bathroom. However, the room does echo a bit, need more soft features to absorb some of the sound transfer. I could hear my neighbor’s TV in the evening and hear people walking /talking in the hallways. Thin walls and floors. ||Coffee maker, fridge and a water bottle was provided. Room was refreshed every other day. ||They did have a nice patio area out back with games, fireplaces and couches. Sat outside each night enjoying a drink with conversations with my peers. Pool area looked nice but small, good for a quick dip to cool off during the hot TX summers. ||There is no restaurant on site, kinda of a bummer, but there are few within walking distance. They do have a grab and go style breakfast, didn’t try it, so I can’t comment on taste or quality. There is also a 7/11 and CVS nearby.||It provided what I needed for this trip, but I still prefer a full-service hotel.

I had a short 1 night stay and wished it was longer! We will definitely be back to this hotel next time we are in the area. The DryBar products were a nice surprise in the shower. Comfortable bed. Great price. Friendly front desk staff. Overall a great experience!

Stayed last week and everything was fantastic. The breakfast services with Alex were great. I left for 20-30min max, and when I came back Angie had the room pristine, I was surprised how fast she was! Front desk team was really nice! Maria is very friendy and fast! the process to check in and out was swift and easy. Thanks for everything I’ll come back for sure.

I travel a lot as I'm Titanium with Marriott and Diamond with Hilton. I don't write a lot of reviews but the amazing staff has prompted me to. First of all the hotel is beautiful and still looks brand new. The grounds are very nice by the pool as well. They have a bar that also serves food and its in a great location. ||Jaycie at check in was amazing. She was super enthusiastic about her job and the property! Very helpful and all around great! I then ran into Boba at the front desk and he was equally amazing and helpful to some of my needs. He didn't know I was an Elite member, he was just great at his job. Hats off to the management team as we know it starts at the top. Great Job because your staff are amazing contributors!

The staff is so nice and accommodating. Great location. Rooms are clean and crisp. Refrigerator in the Room. Microwaves are available in the food area downstairs. Pool table in the lobby. Bar in the lobby at night. Lounging and pool area outside. Very nice. If you need a place to stay in this area you won’t be dissatisfied. Book it!

I did not stay at this hotel. I only went there for a cookie class, which was excellent. The room was great, and the hotel, bar is beautiful. The bar staff was great, even though backed up. The issue I have, and the reason I gave the staff a 3 is because they are all confused. They have a drink called the Boombox. It says IN THE MENU that the glass it comes in is a souvenir cup. I accidentally left mine there since I was focused on getting to my class. I called this morning to see if I could grab one since it was paid for. The lady said yes, that she would hold one for me. When I came in this evening to pick it up, the manager said that the cup was indeed NOT a souvenir cup, and was meant to stay at the hotel. Very irritating as it was the drink I got for my birthday for that very reason. If the cup is indeed NOT a souvenir, they need to change the name as to not confuse their guests in the future.
