Aloft Fort Worth Downtown - Hotel in Fort Worth - 334 W 3rd St, USA

We had a great stay at the Aloft in Downtown Fort Worth recently. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were accommodating to all of our requests and even had dog treats for Bear. They were very pet friendly and even majority of the other guests were loving our dog, Bear, and he was loving them. We had a beautiful view from our room and the location was ideal. We walked everywhere. We did have to pay for parking at the Hotel, definitely would be nice if it were cheaper or free if you are staying there. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family!|There are a few things below I would recommend for updates and additions to the rooms for an improved experience, especially if you are staying for an extended stay. The shower was huge but could definitely use a bench and an additional shower head would be nice if possible. Hooks are definitely a need, especially in the bathroom, towel hooks or bars by the sink is a must. Additional hooks outside the shower or as close as possible to hang your bath towels is a need. You could even add a few inside the shower. A microwave would be great to have in the rooms. Overall, the room could use more lighting, specifically brighter reading lights by the bed and definitely more lighting on the living room side. There was not nearly enough lighting on that side if you wanted to work at the coffee table. Another desk chair would be nice too when you have multiple people working from the rooms. Another suggestion is more art on the walls, in the toilet area and on the empty walls around the room and near the entry to the room. It would be nice to have some ceiling fans, over the bed and in the living space. Some type of dog area would also be great! We found one small patch of grass a few blocks down but having one on the hotel grounds would be helpful. And lastly, bathroom soap in a dispenser would be so much better than the bar soaps. Plus, if there are multiple people in the room, everyone isn't using the same bar of soap. I am starting an online business and bath product will be part of it. The brand is Unblemished Love and could be a great addition to your hotels!

I try really hard not to be high maintenance or picky, but this place was one disappointment after another. Arrived for a big event with a lot of stuff--they didn't have any luggage carts. None. And they didn't offer to find me one, so I had to have 3 people carry stuff up to my room. Only 2 very small elevators that are extremely slow, and every time I got on the elevator someone was complaining about how long it took to get one. Room has only a blackout curtain and large windows, so you're either blinded by light or blind in the dark. They were out of menus so there was no way to order room service (menu was not even available on their website or tv) unless you went downstairs, which defeats the purpose of room service. Room had a strange smell. There's no real closet, just a bar that hangs perpendicular to the wall, so all your clothes are stacked in front of each other and you can't see what is in the back. Went to the dining area and all the tables were dirty, so we wiped off a table and were basically yelled at for doing it because the table was "dirty." The coffee machine was broken in the lobby. Staff is unhelpful. The positives: location is great, bed was comfy, shower was nice. I just wish staff would be given the tools (curtains, menus, carts, etc) that they need to keep guests happy.

Pros: - Clean - Friendly front desk and bar staff Cons: - Thin walls, could hear neighbors - Housekeeping issues: • Attempted entry at 8 AM while we slept • Entered again 30 min later at 8:30 AM despite "Do Not Disturb" sign While the cleanliness and staff were excellent, noise problems and privacy violations significantly impacted our stay. Alright this was so far my best hotel! The showers was clean and hot! Unlike some hotel that have freezing cold water that only gets warm. And the valet service was absolutely amazing.The bed was Comfy and soft.Would definitely stay here again!!!

Had a great stay at the Aloft, made a few mistakes when booking but a quick phone call later and everything was perfect. Booked the ultra savvy suite and had no complaints. The room was clean and quiet with a great view, the room service breakfast was really good too! I would highly recommend this place and would like to stay there again soon.

Came in for a drink with a fellow from another local Marriott property. Outstanding service and engagement from Lauren. Shes a prime example of an amazing bartender should be. Super knowledgeable on different types of top shelf bourbons. Will absolutely be back regardless of where I stay when in town.

This hotel is amazing. The staff made this hotel the best in downtown. I met Justin and Sharon and they made me feel right at home. I had drinks I. The bar with Lauryn and Nick and they took good care of me. I stayed in a corner suite that was worth the extra coin!

This place felt brand new, upscale, and exceptionally clean. Service was top notch. Kudos to Sharon for going above and beyond! A second round of kudos to Joanna for being friendly / providing pleasant conversation at breakfast.
