Very clean and modern room. Plenty of space for luggage and four adults to get ready. Nice view of the downtown skyline. The beds were super plush and comfortable. This location did not offer the water in the lobby, only bottled water for purchase. We enjoyed a couple drinks at the WXYZ bar, in the well decorated lobby. Our check in process was smooth and valet was quick. Great location, very close to the Fort Lauderdale airport.

Staff was great, especially Rita (Margarité) at the welcome desk. I realized that my phone had fallen out of my phone in the taxi. I had experienced long flight delays & was exhausted, paid cash for the cab & had no record. It was late. She assured me that when the manager arrived in the AM, she’d help me ask the manager to pull the video capture from the arrival area (I noticed there were several cameras there) & give me the info to contact the cab company. Rita was back in the morning & helped me along with Michelle to ask the manager for help. The manager Melinda found the info for me in the morning from the video feed. Everyone was very kind & professional. I thank them very much for their help in getting my phone retrieved! Great stay & helpful staff. I hope Rita gets some recognition & perhaps a promotion as she has LOTS of potential in the hospitality businesses. It was wonderful not to have to buy a new phone & especially not to fret about it on my cruise following my stay at Aloft Ft. Lauderdale! Thanks RITA!!||The transportation company with the pineapple welcome logo in the hotel is also great in getting passengers to the cruise terminal.

Michelle at the front desk was so helpful and created such a happy fun atmosphere! The hotel is beautiful, looks to be pretty new with features like a rooftop bar/pool and our room had a great view. The only issue was that the top light in our bathroom didn’t work. Highly recommend especially for the price!

Beautiful, modern hotel with staff and management that goes above and beyond! My experience with the one night stay my family had with four reservations was perfect from the moment I called the hotel for the complimentary shuttle pickup at the airport to check-in with Mimi and later in the day with Melissa for our final reservation. Everyone we interacted with at the Aloft hotel was so courteous, engaging, personable, and had a great sense of humor. Melinda, the General Manager, was so warm and friendly and incredibly helpful to us regarding questions we had about catching a shuttle to the port, and she was true to her word about finding an answer for us and following up! Michelle and Leo were also a wonderful resource for us during our stay as well! I would 100% recommend this beautiful hotel with friendly and welcoming staff members, modern and comfortable rooms, great amenities, and tasty food and drinks! I will definitely be booking a room again in the future if we book another cruise from Ft. Lauderdale!

This hotel is wonderful! The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are beautiful; we had awesome huge windows that took up most of two walls to offer a view and they had great blackout shades that you can pull down. Everything was clean and comfortable. There’s a very nice rooftop area with a pool and fire pit with an amazing view of the city. We could see the entrance to Port Everglades just a little ways down the street and it’s just a quick drive to the airport. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I have never experienced so much accommodation in one hotel. I stayed here Thursday before my cruise left and returned on Monday when we came back ashore. Both days I was honored with an early check in. Everyone was so kind. Michelle was amazing and even recommended a great place for dinner that delivered. On our departure Monday, our flight was not scheduled to 6:30 in the afternoon. They stored our luggage and gave us access to the pool after checkout at noon. We also were able to take the airport shuttle at 4 pm. We had the best conversation with Kris(not sure how you spell your name) at the bar. This will always be my go-to hotel any time I'm ever in the Ft Lauderdale area! Thank you all so much!

This hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS. The rooms are big and roomy, the TV's are super large and loaded with apps to use. The rooftop pool and bar.... So pretty with a beautiful view of the city. 10/10 recommend. We will definitely stay here again.|And their safety measurements are TOP NOTCH.
