Aloft Dublin-Pleasanton - Hotel in Dublin - 4075 Grafton St, USA

I had a one-night stay at Aloft for a business meeting, and it was good for a quick trip. The room was clean, comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel’s modern vibe and convenient amenities were OK. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. I would definitely stay here again for a short business trip.

My GF and I really enjoyed this Hotel (again) after doing a quick little trip to Wente Vineyard and other wineries for some wine tasting. The rooms are laid out well and appointed with helpful modern accessories. The bathroom and shower are fantastic and well-equipped with some really nice proprietary shampoo and body soap. The bed comes with nice linen and comforter. The A/C system works extremely well and the refrigerator is fine for storing drinks. Parking is spacious and the staff at the desk in the lobby is always very helpful and efficient. Very convenient location and easy on/off access to 580.

I love this place ! Best bartenders. Amazing outside pool and hot tub and games. It nice relaxing ❤️❤️it’s beautiful here . Had a great time . The bed room is clean and peaceful. Love the space in the room . We will continue to come to this hotel! Clean easy back to work tomorrow.

This was our first stay at this hotel. We have seen it before but we thought is was an apartment complex. My entire family enjoyed the stay. The birds and pillows were confortable, the food and service was amazing too. We enjoyed the TV and game room at the lobby. And above all, the bartender (Shirley) was super extraordinary. Because of Shirley, my wife and I decided to bring a couple friends after our stay, so they could get a flavor of the hotel. They gave it a 5 stars. We are definitely coming back.

Decent location with horrible service. Staff and manager are clearly not attentive, stayed this past weekend and they had barking dogs in the room across ours, and their AC is extremely loud. Good luck sleeping in cool temperature without waking up every 30 minutes to the loudest crank you’ve ever heard from an AC unit. Obviously I requested a refund, and waited 3 days just to be told their property manager did not agree with the refund. The only good thing about this hotel is the modern design. The rooms are small, you’re better off staying at the next cheapest hotel. Do not fall for their chic design, travelers beware . That’s how they get you

As a long-standing Marriott Bonvoy member, I have always appreciated the exceptional service and serene environment your hotels offer. However, during my recent stay, I was extremely disappointed by an ongoing disturbance caused by a loud party in the hallways until 2 a.m. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, including guests knocking on our door and shouting about an after-party, the hotel staff failed to manage the situation effectively. Additionally, the walls were so thin that every noise was magnified, further disrupting our stay. To make matters worse, our bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close properly, scraping the floor every time we tried to use it. This experience was far below the standard I have come to expect from Marriott. I hope that management can address these issues and ensure such disturbances are prevented in the future, but until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

I’m local to the Bay Area and did a staycation here at the aloft Dublin/ Pleasanton with my dog- I went down down the bar and Denise was so welcoming. Not only to me but also my pet; greeted her with doggie treats- even though my dog is a bit picky- it’s the thought and the engagement for me. It was very refreshing to feel so welcoming by Denise. She was so friendly and so professional, simultaneously. She made my guest and I feel like we were just hanging out at home. And not to mention she made a killer lemon drop!|I’ll definitely do another staycation at this location just because of Denise! ||Thank you again, so much for your hospitality Denise! Keep killin it girl!

Loved the vibe here. Modern. Clean. Well priced. Fantastic bar/restaurant scene. Walk-in shower is fantastic. The crib in my room was hilarious as I'm like the ultimate child-free person. The Mt Diablo Flatbread paired with a Long Island Iced Tea is fantastic. Very fresh ingredients and my mouth was perfectly on fire from the jalapeños. Purpose of my visit? Clear out my Dad's house that he sold. Love the location of this place. A mere 8 minute drive to his house
