Our stay at the ALOFT in Delray Beach, Florida, was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs thanks to the exceptional hospitality and service provided by the incredible staff.||Ryan set the tone for our stay with a thoughtful welcome basket, which made us feel instantly at home. It’s those little touches that show how much they care about their guests. Whether it was advice on the best local spots or making sure we had everything we needed for our room. Zackary at the front desk -was a beacon of warmth and professionalism—he was always ready with a smile and quick to help with anything we needed. And then there’s Jose, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. His kindness and sense of humor made every interaction a delight, and he made us feel like more than just guests—like we were part of the ALOFT family.||The hotel itself is fantastic, with a trendy vibe that perfectly matches the lively energy of Delray Beach. The location couldn’t be better, just a short distance from the vibrant nightlife and the beautiful beach. Plus, the town’s convenient ride service to and from the hotel made getting around an absolute breeze.||We can’t recommend the ALOFT in Delray Beach enough—it's the perfect blend of style, comfort, and genuinely caring service. Aloft Delray is such a terrific hotel! It is so conveniently located to downtown Delray, Atlantic Ave., and the beach. The staff is accommodating and courteous, pleasant and efficient. We have specifically worked with Ryan for the past few years when we hold our Orchid Society’s annual holiday party at the Aloft Delray. Ryan is outstanding! He is extremely pleasant, easy to work with, and reliable! Ryan is intuitive, solutions-oriented and accommodating. He aways take that extra step and goes over and beyond to make your event the best ever… The room in which we hold our vent is spacious attractive, and the food is absolutely delicious! We will hold our annual holiday party at the Aloft Delray again this year and are looking forward to the great atmosphere, delicious food, an accommodating staff and of course working with Ryan, the guy who makes it all happen !!

I had a great stay at Aloft. We only stayed for one night but I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area again! The room was very clean and better than what I expected for the price being so affordable. There was a lovely bar downstairs and a pool which I got to use for a bit before I left. A huge plus was that there was no noise from other rooms at night, it was quiet and I had a great nights sleep. The man who helped me at the front desk during check in was very kind and overall had a great experience

This was my first time at the Aloft in Delrey Beach. I come to Delrey many times and stayed at some hotels that are my go too. So having to stay somewhere different I choose Aloft. Good write up in Delrey magazine. So this is my review. The rooms are retro style... Not my cup of tea. That means no traditional room with closet iron board desk draws to put your clothing. This hotel is for 2 night stay not for long stay. Good points ....|Pool is very nice.. nice pool area with very nice lounge beds. Pool bar not open off season. But very nice. Hotel lobby bar is very nice.. Good happy hour. Lobby is nice.. Hotel is clean safe in good location. Had some issues with air conditioning and refrigerator. Issues were taken care of fast. Front dest Bradley was very helpful and very friendly. He made sure I was happy with my room also offering information on restaurants and places to go. He made my stay great and would reconsider a short stay. Thank you Bradley..

You can’t go wrong with this Aloft, great location ( 5m drive 10m bike ride 15-20m walk from the beach) close to Atlantic Ave where all the action is. Very safe & clean but what stood out the most? The STAFF, Bradley went above & beyond to make sure our check in/out was stress free as we drove through a hurricane to get there. My son somehow cut his feet in the pool & management was quick to get us a first aid kit. Very friendly staff here. Looking forward to coming back.

What a FANTASTIC HOTEL! My wife and I stayed at many local Marriott’s during a 3 week renovation and this was by far the best experience and nicest rooms. Allison at the front desk was the best accommodating of requests and provided amazing customer service, that’s hard to find these days! This will be our new staycation getaway!

This has been a great stay. The customer service at the hotel front desk has been second to none. Brad, Alison and Jose have been tremendous. Their attentiveness and kindness is unparalleled. In addition, Fara at the bar has been an absolute pleasure. This will always be my first choice when I am in Del Ray.

My wedding took place at Aloft Delray Beach on June 1, 2024. Firstly, I want to emphasize that this review does not reflect my overall satisfaction with the wedding coordinators, bar staff, or front desk. Ryan, Tanya, Ivette, Fara, Shannon - nothing but love you all are amazing. My wedding experience was incredibly positive and unforgettable. However, an unfortunate incident occurred the following day.||On June 2, 2024, my mother-in-law, was in the process of gathering her belongings to check out when she noticed that a bag containing wedding cards with money intended for us was missing. Mind you this was around 10am and official check out time is 12pm. Upon questioning housekeeping for the bag, the woman claimed to not speak any English. After persistent requests and stating police would be called, the woman in housekeeping finally produced the bag from her cart hidden under towels. Although all items were returned, it was disconcerting that the envelopes had been ripped open. According to the hotel's policy, rooms are cleared if items are found during the checkout process. However, it raises concerns as to why the housekeeper inspected the bag and opened the envelopes instead of leaving them untouched until returned to the front desk (Please see photo included for reference). Furthermore, the hotel's policy of cleaning rooms before guests have fully checked out may lead to confusion and anxiety if guests' belongings are prematurely removed. Despite expressing our distress to the hotel manager, there was a complete lack of empathy and understanding towards the situation. My mother-in-law departed feeling violated and disregarded, adding complete distress following our wedding day. It is disappointing that Aloft failed to address the situation adequately, leaving us and others questioning the security of personal belongings in any Marriott hotel.
