Seriously, this is an example of a place that is small, but has EVERYTHING YOU NEED... and more: They make actual real Egyptian food. I had their Koshari and was BLOWN AWAY. They even got the lentils right which is something very difficult to get. Their Chicken Shawerma is so good it needs to be booked in advance. Seriously it's the best chicken Shawerma you'll have this side of the Atlantic, and he even uses proper sag bread for it. But their Grilled Alexandria Fish (using Branzino) is the real gem you can't miss. It does need to be ordered a day or two in advance but is WELL worth it. They also make killer hawawshi (stuffed meat pies), stuffed wine grape leaves and the best pickled eggplants you'll have. This place is just a gem and I am so glad I found it at the very beginning of a hopefully long stay here. EDIT: OK, I'll just say it should be a crime to come here and not leave with a piece of baklava, or some of their rice pudding. Mostafa uses the most premium imported pistachios for it.

It’s so clean and organised. The owners are also so nice. Fresh food daily. They are really fair with their prices. I got the turkey sandwich, but they also have salami too. If you don’t want to buy by the Pound, You can order 10 slices of the deli meat too. Definitely check them out and let them know Ali sent you. Al Masry is a gem for the Muslim community in this neighborhood. They have so many different Middle Eastern and South Asian spices, a great selection of hot halal food everyday and amazing halal deli sandwiches. The prices are great and the owner is so sweet

Had the pleasure to meet Mustafa today. Shopped for a few stuff. Also ordered ash b lahma 10/10 delicious and Makrona B Shamil spectacular 10/10. Definitely coming back. Also Mustafa is the sweetest human being in the world

My dad introduced me to the rotisserie chicken here. It was super fresh and tender. The garlic sauce with the chicken is really good too!

Alhamdulillah very happy to have found this place. The food is tasty well made filling and delicious. Also has a good aftertaste. There is a great amount of variety from Middle Eastern to South Asian foods and beverages to choose from. Even better is how reasonably priced it all is. The owner was very kind and generous to us. Definitely recommend going here.
