These guys are some of the best customer service professionals you could ask for. I contacted them about my computer having a pretty good idea of what was wrong and the next day when I brought it in they quickly found out the issue was something completely out of the ordinary and saved me tons of time and money. There were some trip ups along the way, but they kept in contact the entire time and always provided quality updates. After it was returned to me we ran into another problem and the very next morning they made a house call and fixed the issue! They were quick, affordable, and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have complete faith in their team and will definitely be bringing my computer back for any repairs/replacements.
