We stayed overnight. The clubhouse and bathrooms/showers are immaculate. The grounds are tidy & well kept. The manager was very accommodating & hospitable as we were visiting an ill family member.
The surrounding area is a bit rough, but this little park is an oasis is SW Houston.
Stayed here in mid Aug for two nights to explore Houston and watch an Astros game. Resort fit our needs perfectly. Close to shopping and restaurants and about 15 miles from Astrodome. Nice level concrete spots, trees for shade which in August were a very welcome break from the sun. Bathrooms are among the very best we’ve ever experienced in any RV park. Clean, spacious, modern, air Conditioned nicely. Very nice walking / biking trail nearby. Laundry room well appointed and clean. Decent pool and air conditioned recreation room. Eric, the resort manager was outstanding in every regard. Proactive, helpful and friendly. Many of the 100 plus spots are full time living folks in older trailers but everyone we met offered a wave and a smile.
We were glad we'd booked when we arrived because, although the surroundings are commercial, the park itself is blessed with tall well-trimmed trees providing welcome shade and beauty, the restrooms are squeaky clean, showers are great, and the new manager, Erich, is a treasure (we speak from experience of others). He's doing everything he can to create a welcoming community and ways for tenants to interact. It's also next to a long bike trail. Yes, there are some older RVs, but the park is very quiet for its area near major highways, and we found our month-long visit to be comfortable, peaceful, and enjoyable. We stayed in an Airstream trailer and had no problems with our site. An oasis in the area that we recommend.
Stayed here for 4 months for work. Tucked away with easy access to everything. The people/ Staff were very nice, and the resort is very nice. Lots of shade, nice rec room/ pool. I well definitely stay here again if debt back to the SW Hoiston area. Thank you Eric for everything.
Absolutely loved the little “house” we rented for the weekend. It was a perfect get away. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rec room was great. The pool was even warm enough to swim in. For being right off the highway, it was super quiet and peaceful.
The host (Erich) is super friendly, extremely helpful. This RV Resort is gorgeous and VERY clean. Nice rec room with pool table, piped-in music, beautiful oudoor pool, great showers, efficient laundry room. I would highly recommend this resort.
Do not stay here at $65 US$ it’s a rip off., we had to prepay at time of booking. Our trailer just barely fit in the lot given, some of the trailers need to be pulled, it’s more a long term park. There is a better location closer to the pool and showers, which we didn’t even go near, but we were not given a lot there |The only good thing, very close to get back into the hwy a c it was quiet!
We choose this place b/c it was supposed to be a "Resort". The park has a lot of full timers that result in the park looking run down. The price is extremely too high for this old run down park. The person that checked us in was friendly.
This is an AMAZING and CLEAN park. The best thing about this park is the communication. They knew the freeze was coming and gave plenty of notice and reminders they were going to be shutting the water off. Unlike another park right down the road that
