Great customer service! The delivery guys were 2 of the best I’ve encountered in a long time. Lawrence Bishop and Jonathan Green delivered and installed my appliances quickly and efficiently while cheerfully interacting with me. You can tell they take great pride in their work. In a world where customer service seems to have disappeared, Lawrence and Jonathan set perfect examples of what it should look like!

Gary and Joseph installed our GE Monogram refrigerator and Ashley Calvin did a great job of scheduling the install before 2023 Thanksgiving. Gary and Joseph worked tirelessly removing the old appliance and installing the new. Since the old was a built in, there was not a business card width to spare getting the new one in place. Great guys to work with and we would recommend them to anyone.

Loved my experience with AllSouth Appliance. I knew what I wanted and called ahead of time to make sure they had them in stocks. Michelle was incredibly helpful sending quotes, ordering over the phone and confirming delivery. Kevin and Eric "Chewy" delivered and installed the washer and dryer. They were very kind and did a great job. Even made box forts for my kids out of the boxes. 5/5 stars and would recommend AllSouth Appliance to anyone!

After calling around and not really being impressed, I recently purchased a Speed Queen washing machine from Erik Blume at AllSouth. He was extremely professional and always quick to respond. He made the whole process so smooth and so easy I may never buy another appliance anywhere else! PS- if you're looking for a new washer, get the Speed Queen and let Erik take care of the rest!

I had a GE Monogram refrigerator bought for a new construction. It never cooled properly and GE would do nothing to fix it. AllSouth, however, stepped up and said they would replace it. I worked with Andy who helped me find what would fit and Joe and Gary delivered it today, calling ahead so I’d have time to empty the old one. Allsouth takes customer service above and beyond. Cannot recommend them more highly. I ended up having to sue GE who, end the end, had to pay out.

Eric the salesman was a pleasure to work with-very knowledgeable and informed. Outstanding delivery personnel! Lawrence Bishop was such a delight! Has a great personality and you can tell he enjoys his job. He was a true professional and an asset to your organization. Jonathan Green was very professional and kind.

Had a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE with the All South delivery team today installing my new washer and dryer! The space is a snug fit so it really take’s Professionals to get a proper install and these guys did outstanding. Thank you Jonathan Green and Gary Marsh!
