Literally made this 30 minute drive 4 different times for new hire orientation to be turned away every time only to find out on the fourth time that I was still in the system from the job I was trying to get a transfer from and I've been able to begin work this whole time. The most unprofessional Allied Universal office and hiring process I have ever seen in my life. So very very glad I do not have to go back here and deal with these people who have no idea what's going on.

bad management, i was called in for an orientation but when i came in for it that day i was told that i never had an orientation on the schedule even though it was confirmed in person to go back and have one. i was told it would be fixed and id get a call back for an orientation date and have waited for months and never got a call back. overall its really just a bad place to try to work, if you can actually get hired anyways.

I really don't understand it really; I don't want to bash any company so I just will state that 2013 to 2020 I've been with the company and my first 3 months got a promotion to become a supervisor. But somehow I ended up as a flex officer because I wanted more hours and some military guy took over and the company lost the account. I went on to a different company and did very little work with Allied from that point having said that became a field supervisor and moved up to operations manager with the different company after battling the drama and stress with this new company. I seen that management wasn't pretty much being managers so I decided to put in resignation to get away from all the bad apples only to do Allied once again but as a field supervisor at a tremendous pay cut in 2015 and to make a log sorry short I really don't understand why I've having to take so many paycuts from 2015 to today. I'm just looking for a management position so I could to build my idea team to help others move up in the company. Overall I just don't like the pay I kept having to be cut from after having experience in management

This Company Sucks Terrible Management !!! Supervisors Are Psychopath / Narcissist Allied Universal Has Never had Such a Bad Rep until Now Thank me Later !!! I wouldn’t Waste My Time with these Scumbags !!!

Lack of care for employees and their hours, meaning you don't get paid for your work and they take 2 months to pay sick pay. The management throw each other under the bus and good luck calling and speaking to anybody. I care for who I work for but they don't care for me. So I left

Good when you start. No raises. They really don't care about they're employees. There are no advancement options. No set schedules. They call you on you scheduled days off every time you work. You also get less as a supervisor than the employees you watch. They don't even follow they're own written rules, and when you follow them ,you get in trouble.

I spent about 20min online doing the application process for a job with Allied U. I met all the criteria. They then scheduled an over the phone interview with me on December 15th at 10am. They never called! Didn't even email me to apologize or tell me why they never called.. Very unprofessional!

Been here for two great years till it ends yesterday that I was forced to resigned because of a new supervisor who's very unprofessional . My dilemna started when they replaced an awesome supervisor with a new person who's very rude when it comes to dealing with people. With those foul txt messages that gave me anxiety so even God knows how I need a second job, I choose to leave.
