Very comfortable bed and friendly staff. Sheets were very clean, the carpet was questionable. Hallways smelled of weed. Bathroom and rooms could use an update. You can also hear every single noise. People in the hallway at night, people walking above you etc. Area is okay, coyotes around so be aware. Good parking lot, unsure how safe, lots of people walking the area.
I loved my stay here, so nice and clean. The staff are all wonderful, especially Gina, Jana, Kylie, and Maddie. I won't stay anywhere else in the future! Great breakfast, onsite gym and laundry. Elevators are a nice feature also, no treading up and down stairs.
The absolute coziest bed ever. I’m so beyond pleased by the experience my family and I had here. ALL of the staff members went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and more. Kylie especially was so kind to my family and was so accommodating too. We appreciate all the staff so so much.
Decent hotel and allowed our small dog, which was important to us as we had no one to watch him back home. But he was fine in the room, no trouble at all. The room was clean and nice with a gòd size TV. We enjoyed our one night stay while traveling to Branson, Missouri.
The rooms are a little on the smaller side, but everything else was on point! The staff were awesome. The guy at the front desk was friendly and served a great breakfast with BACON! Our rooms were clean and easy to get to. The Mexican joint out front was delicious. We are gonna be back when/if in the area
The room was very accommodating for 4 people. There were issues with the card we had to use to enter our room, but the staff were quick to fix it. They were also happy to give us anything we needed to make our stay better. Free breakfast comes with your stay and there's a Mexican restaurant right oitside that's good.
Kylie was very professional, very polite very knowledgeable of the hotel. She treated me with kindness, patient and respect. Her Customer Service is in her beautiful smile made it easy to communicate with, and that is very important. Have a nice day!!
Staff is wonderful, location is great quiet and peaceful rooms were updated but the only thing my wife did not like was the hot water pressure we stayed 3 nights no mater day or night we had no hot water. Oh yea room came with 2 towels? No next time
Beautifully renovated lobby and hall interiors, the person who picked out the lighting likes BLING!! the pool is warm, but run down, and the hot tub is a soaking tub without jets, but feels amazing after a long car ride. rooms are nice and spacious.
First time at a CrossFit gym. Was an awesome experience. Austin and Jessie were gracious enough to let a friend an I use the spaces for few days while we were in town. Highly recommend you check them out. Great workouts. Thanks Jessie and Austin.
