I have been to this place three times, I’m used to them being slow. However, I went there on Tuesday to schedule a DOT exam for today. They are closed on Fridays and I go back out OTR on Sunday. When I arrived I didn’t have my mask because I was in a rental, no problem. The woman at the desk treated me like I was a criminal that came to rob the place. Very unprofessional and very rude. I was able to convince her to let me write down my name and number on a piece of paper. And here it is, Thursday, no call or text or nothing. Going to take my business elsewhere. If you really want some insight to the type of mentality of these people, take a look at the way they respond to bad reviews. Straight up ghetto and ratchet…

Arrived at location from another city before closing time only to be turned around by the staff stating they are closed. They do not have any special times listed on their website or when you call the number listed on their website it is not there as well. The establishment seems to be black owned. I always like to support black owned businesses, but based on experience, they are always very unprofessional. If you are a place of business, you all should adhere to the times listed on your website. Very unprofessional. Even your responses to each of the customers with bad reviews are unprofessional! Then you all are telling lies. I was never verbally told if I had a mask that I would be allowed in. No I didn’t have a mask at the door, yes I am vaccinated, and well aware that the mandatory mask requirements have been terminated. Had I been verbally informed that if I could go to my vehicle and retrieve a mask, that I would have been allowed in, I would have done just that. I’m clearly expecting a child, so I’m not going to be running back and forth for no reason. I also did not have a bad attitude. Wow!! It also was never about getting my way, if your website states you close at a certain time, as a business you should have honored that time, being that you all were aware it was not listed on your website or telephone. After honoring what’s on your website and phones, you all should have updated your website after, to inform future customers. That is the true definition of professionalism. Never blame the customer for something that you failed to put in place. That is how you keep the doors open, get good reviews, and repeat business. I’m not surprised that you all have a 3 star review out of 5. If you are reading this review, spare yourself the unprofessionalism and from being lied on! Concentra off hwy 138 got me in after leaving this place. They were very polite, quick, and professional.

Visited for a drug screen. This location requires mask for entry but does not provide them. They charge $2 per mask. Piedmont urgent care has mask free of charge. If patient/staff safety is that big of a concern, why charge for a mask? Mask requirement is not the issue. Every clinic requires mask, the issue is they charge for them.

They are like snails and sloths. They saw every person one at a time and they are a 3 staff office. Not one person has any regard for time until it’s time to close. Absolutely horrible service. If I had a choice I would never choose this place.
