Quaint little room, complementary wifi and mini fridge were much appreciated! Beds were comfortable, though my mom said the mattress protector wasn't ideal. I'd recommend sleeping on the blanket instead. The toilet was a bit small but perfectly usable. Great place to stay for a night!

Our stay was pleasurable. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet place. Shower works well. The room has a refrigerator and microwave. The shopping plaza is a five minute drive away ( Walmart , TJ Max ) . I will recommended to all our friends .

Older but cute and clean! We booked late in the day, the office was closed when we arrived, but manager answered the phone right away and checked us in. Room was spacious, had a cute 4 poster bed, older furniture, but all was in good shape. Had a little kitchen with a few dishes and utensils. Air conditioning worked great. The only thing that may be a problem for some people is that the bed is really high! I’m tall and had to kind of hop to get in! There is an ottoman at the end of the bed you could use.

I would certainly look elsewhere first. Rooms are super small and crowded with lots of oversized furniture at least the room we had with two queen beds. Our room needed at better cleaning...things like an old tissue behind the night stand, spider webs, dirt and cigarette butts outside the door, had to clean the microwave before we would use and opened the bathroom window to find more filth. Price is not as reasonable as advertised or maybe there are a lot of added taxes in this area. Really don't know since I was rushed at check in(we interrupted a party) and was not given a receipt and office was not open at checkout, we were instructed to leave keys in box outside door. Will not consider or recommend anyone staying here.

Arrived around 9 PM and was pleased to find this clean, safe, well located gem. Affordable 😊. Employees were pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed the stay and fishing the area with my son.

When I made a reservation the gentleman was super nice. Got a great rate. Room was clean. Bathrooms clean an I like it when the sink is separate from the shower area. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it. They even had an ice machine.

What great little place . We stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding. Only a few miles to the city if Oswego. The owners and staff are Awesome, very friendly and accommodating. Our room was a bit small but it was fine for the two of us being that we were in and out. ( they do have larger)The room was very clean with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker ( coffee supplied).|For anyone staying longer they have an on-site washer and dryer , the ice machine on premises was god sent since we had food and drinks for a picnic we were attending one day .|I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. |I would also recommend if you staying up In that area.|Much more peaceful and friendly than a lot of the bigger hotels.|And yes they do have cats on premises.

we checked in 4/17 Monday 700 pm |The room smelled of mold, the heat did not work, it reached the 30s overnight. The sink would not drain. whole room was dirty. We called the office and explained the situation twice. Both times Rob hung up on us. we walked up to the office and his cousin came out front and explained Rob must have just left> we were facing the front office when we called . no one left.|we told him the issues and we where checking out. |Rob reluctantly refunded the two nights we did not stay. Rob told Expedia he would not refund Tuesday because it was too late to rent the room out.|Not sure how you could rent a room with so many problems. oh wait he rented it to me|
