Daryl Howard is the technician that did my work. He was very courteous, and professional. I could tell he enjoyed his work and that he cares about his reputation and attention to detail. The thought he put into the job was obvious as he verbalized the reasons for doing the things he was doing and how he was doing it. He was awesome! Later in the day after the work was completed, I went into town to the office to ask to pay my bill. The lady behind the counter, I think her name was Michelle, told me the amount and I paid it. After I returned home, I later realized that she charged me the exact price of the estimate that I was given by someone else the week before the work was scheduled to be done. That seemed a little strange to me since the work did not take as long as the estimate and not all the parts were used. The company should generate an actual bill that reflects the job, not an estimate. That made me feel a little suspicious about the company, but the tech was outstanding!

All Phase installed an in home generator recently and I was very pleased with their work. They also came and did some other work with was done beautifully. I have them scheduled for some work in the near future. I would recommend them if you are needing someone reliable to take care of your electrical needs. They also found a live wire that other people had missed completely.

All Phase Electric LLC were an absolute pleasure to work with. They came over quickly and their tech was very informative and educated us on our generator. He was friendly and so helpful! He fixed the problem and did an inspection while talking us through what he was doing and what to look for and monitor. All Phase recently performed a 1-year oil change and review of the generator for our sub-division’s water supply. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable with good communication skills. I would highly recommend them.

We contracted with All Phase Electric for sales and installation of a Generac 14Kw residential standby generator and automatic transfer switch installation. Their personnel from office to field operations were friendly and responsive as well as professional and capable. Justin, the installation electrician, is top notch for craftsmanship work. This past week we had three power outages as a result of heavy snow and winds, and the system worked flawlessly, providing us with normal operations and comfort here at our small farm northwest of Wasilla. We used them for a one day in and out job and they did fantastic. It would've taken me a few days to do the electrical work and all phase was super competitive with their pricing and very professional. Arrived on time and finished earlier than expected. Happy to use them again.
