Love this place!! Very nicely located close enough to Smathers Beach for an enjoyable walk to watch the amazing sunrise. Apartments are well suited for families. Plenty to do; large pool, hot tub, sauna, pingpong, library, fitness room, and the view is incredible!
Really enjoyed our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and a breakfast sandwich shop. It has a nice pool and outdoor amenities. The halls and lobby are kept clean.
Always enjoy our time coming here. Staff is very friendly and the two units that we have stayed in have been nice.
No sandy beach on the property, but calm water for practicing snorkeling with the kiddos once you get past the rocky shore. The condo was really nice, long wrap around porch, beautiful pool, and a large 104degree hot-tub. Secure premises with keys and codes to keep non-residents out. A couple days into our stay here and very pleased so far. Rented a moped to get around the island and of course did some excursions out. Highly recommend this condominium if you're looking for a quality VRBO or Air BNB. You won't be disappointed in this facility!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The building is a little dated with art from the 80s but is well maintained with excedingly spacious apartments, rec room, a reading room (nice!) a workout facility, hot tub, swimming pool and (a really kelp laden) oceanfront beach. The garden was lovely.
