This place is magical. If you're a ship junkie or just love everything that's majestic about the Great Lakes, you will find it here. Great place to watch freighters and get some "boat therapy".
Nice rustic. They have bike trails and you can watch the barges pass.
This park is amazing!! Love everything except the long lines at the dump station!!
We come here all the time, and it's mostly just to get away for a few days, visit with family and friends... It's a great way to just relax..
Stayed at park 7-31-22 to 8-2-22. Decent park, with cool views of the freighters passing by. 1 old bath house in the riverfront section and one new (not sure of the wagon wheel). All riverfront campground sites you are required to back onto, so you cant all group together like at some parks. several of the sites near the old bath house in the riverfront campground, you have to park on a crowned gravel drive, which makes it hard to level because the gravel is narrow and it is elevated vs the rest of the site. Staff seems helpful and friendly. You do hear gun shots during the daytime hours due to the target shooting areas in the park, especially on the weekends, but its not too bad. There is a small day use parking area on the river right across the road from the main campground area. People do swim over there, but be careful as it gets deep quick. River current didn't seem to be an issue close to shore but could be farther out, so if you are not a strong swimmer, its best to avoid this area for swimming. Overall, the park would be 5 stars with some newer bath buildings, roads and leveled campsites. Id prefer the ability to park as I please, but appreciate the idea and ability to share the view of the freighters passing by in any area of the campground
It was very very clean. Spots are a little small. Views of the ships are great! Walking trail is nice!
Love to come here! Beautiful view of the river and great day park to have lunch and watch the boats go by. Camping is always fun with many little towns and parks along the river to visit. Mosquitoes come out badly after dusk, only issue! Start your bonfire early!
Needs work. There is only electric and baths ECT. are original and in bad condition. The workers are wonderful and they do great with what they have to work with.

Holy smokes Marine City Fish Company blew us away! The smoked salmon and cheese board appetizer was phenomenal. A generous portion of three different types of smoked salmon and cheese! We then had the Cioppino to follow and once again, phenomenal. St

So charming and unique! Clean, comfortable and so cute. The mattress is high quality and very comfy and sheets were soft. Love all the little touches and the coffee/lounge room in the lobby! Here for a sisters weekend - will have to come again!
âEllo Chaps, Riviera Restaurant in Marine City, Michigan is located downtown, right on St. Clair River with a view of Canada. They have a full bar and breakfast past 11 a.m. This is a classic Americana style food menu and hits perfectly. Whether
