Aldo's New York Pizza - Pizza restaurant in Clearwater - 2551 Drew St #201, USA

We were very excited to try this pizza place. The food looked good and cooked well when we picked it up. The pizza was a little greasy but it was pepperoni. I got the cheese calzone which looked awesome. Unfortunately when I took a bite it was liquid and tasted of sour milk. I called to store he first asked if I was sure it was from his store. I have the receipt so yes. He assured me he sold many calzones today and had no complaints, there is nothing wrong with it. Well on my end it is inedible and he did not offer to fix the problem, unfortunately. We won’t be returning. Poor customer service. I have been in the nutrition and food industry for 20+ years I know what sour food is like. We just want to find a decent pizza place!!!

We stayed at the hotel right behind Aldo's. The first thing we smelled was Italian. So we googled what restaurants were near. Found this place and couldn't wait to try it. My daughter and I walked over and ordered to go. Manicotti and ravioli. We took it back to the hotel and devoured it. It was amazing. The salad that came with it wasn't that good (but we didn't go there for the salad). The garlic knots could have been more garlicky but they were tasty. The owner was very nice and friendly. We went back the next night and got the pizza. We were from out of town and didn't want to drive to get food. So luckily Aldo's was nearby.

The ordered pizza is inedible and burnt! the bacon went bad and the order was 30 minutes late! I paid over $40 and we left hungry! We asked the owner if he was willing to pay this refund, he refused, he denied that the pizza was bad! Incredible! I have pictures of this.

This was the first time ordering as we were staying in the area for the weekend. My order didn't go through right and never got to the store until I got to the store. While I was trying to find my confirmation the gentleman working was trying to call the service that gives the order to his store. Then suddenly he got the order. He was very apologetic and worked to get our order done. He went above and beyond to help keep us as very satisfied customers. Oh and the pizza is fabulous. The sauce is delicious!!!

I walk in hungry,🙃 he takes a second glance at me. HOW MAY I HELP YOU? HE SHOUTED. 😶‍🌫️I go on And tell him that I was hungry. He smiled and grabbed a slice for me!👌🍀 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Very kind and caring owner who's hard working and makes amazing pizzas! I feel very fortunate to have found him. He cares about people as well as his products which is rare these days. Great guy and place!

We spent the day at the beach and really didn't feel like making dinner. Since moving to Clearwater we are trying to support as many small businesses as we can. So tonight we chose to have pizza at Aldo's New York Pizza. We ordered a Supreme pizza, garlic knots and cheese pizza for our kids. Let's start with the garlic knots.... they are so yummy but what makes them amazing is the dipping sauce. It's a little spicy which is so good. The pizza also was very tasty however the pizza wasn't very hot so we did have to warm it up when we arrived at home. Also the Supreme didn't seem to have many veggies on it and the bottom of the cheese pizza was pretty dark/burnt, we still loved it regardless. So if your in the mood for a New York style pizza definitely try out Aldo's!

Outstanding dinner! I had the California salad with chicken, probably the best chicken breast I have ever had. Salad was outstanding. My hubby had the pepperoni pizza, he said it was fantastic, as well. Highly recommend! Service was awesome, as well!
