It's definitely an alternative to Walmart or publix. I love this place because if we do get lost, it's not hard to find people. Is to say that it is a Publix is an understatement As they have fresh groceries, and the line is not too crowded.
What an amazing staff you guys have! I went to Aldi at 7:20 pm and it closes at 8 pm. Around 7:40 pm I paid my groceries and I asked the lady at the register if she could maybe weight the strawberries because I grabbed the very last case and it was missing a lot of them. She immediately took over and said she would have someone bring me new ones. She asked someone in the back to bring them. She was helpful, so thoughtful and just so amazing that she made my day. The manager ended up coming with the strawberries and she was also amazing. I just want to emphasize the impact good customer service has on people. Great job Aldi!
I love shopping at Aldi's, I can find a variety of products, even European ones (Aldi is owned by Lidl, a big German company) that remind me of home. Great prices. This location is quite small and lots of items have been missing lately. Probably low stock. But it is in a convenient location nearby home. Staff is friendly and helpful if needed help in finding something. Plenty of parking available outside, just be careful for the many potholes.
UPDATE: Lately I've found lots of product boxes opened with stuff missing inside as well as food all over the floor. I attached pics.
I sat and watched the customers come out, they all were very happy for some reason. So I got up and went inside. Prices can't be beaten for the amount of items you buy. Bigger jars of jam, jelly , proved low. Bread priced very low, milk is very low, juices extremely low.
If you're shopping on a budget and aren't brand loyal, this is a great place to shop. I buy most of our organic and healthier foods here. It is usually well stocked, and the quality (with the exception of a few bad fruit purchases that I no longer purchase there) is very good. The store is clean, prices affordable, and staff is helpful and friendly. Antoinette and Anthony are always pleasant and helpful! Remember to take your reusable shopping bags for your groceries and a quarter (which is returned) for the shopping cart.
It saddens me to visit aldi stores in low income areas, they have the very limited selection
When I go to the nicer stores, they have so much more variety of products including meats and produce, not the orlovista location
This Aldi is awesome, the cashier was from Chicago he said, he is a total gentleman. He helped me with my cart and was very patient with me he is an asset to the store.
