Have come to really love this gym. It's a smaller facility, but the equipment is wisely selected - plenty of cardio equipment and all the weight equipment you need to do some solid training.

Alchemy has gone very downhill since I first started coming 4 years ago, it isn’t anywhere near what it used to be. They can’t seem to hold onto good talent - I’ve heard from numerous coaches that the company is poorly run and they don’t respect their employees. Almost all the coaches now are very low energy and don’t know what they’re doing - not the type of instructor I want to take a class from.

Vigorous and upbeat group workouts. Strength, cardio, circuit, barbell. I always get a good workout, and I enjoy the company of the other athletes.

There's all this rage about Alchemy.... and with good reason. After watching literally all my friends do it for a year I decided to give it a try. After 2 classes, I definitely saw the appeal. The classes have so much variety and strength to them, simply because it's very community-oriented. Anyone at any physical level can do it at their own pace, and the instructors are fabulous and encouraging. Each workout leaves you feeling powerful and good about yourself. The facility is very clean and well-kept. Also, you can't say no their cute gear.

I rarely write reviews online, but I feel so strongly about my experience at Alchemy - I just had to share! There are countless options for getting a good workout in so what makes this place special? A few things. The sense of community they cultivate is awesome. You walk in and feel supported no matter where you are on your fitness journey. You never feel judged - always supported and the instructors are all phenomenal. They remember you, they take time to guide you, they are truly invested in how you are doing which is so motivating. The workouts themselves. Fantastic! You will never walk out the door feeling like you wasted time - the workouts are intense and empowering! It's clean! They really have found the secret to keeping it tidy and clean in there - you never feel queasy about using the equipment / sharing the space with other students. I can't say enough about my experience here - I am so grateful to have found this place - it is literally changing my life every single day!

I can't say enough about how great this place is! I moved to the Twin Cities not knowing many people and have made a handful of awesome friends through Alchemy. Everyone is very friendly and the staff really makes an effort to connect with you on a personal level. The workouts are great and never boring. Sandwiching the workout in between some yoga is a great way to work on flexibility while getting a strength/cardio workout in as well. The coaches offer advice and help you improve. I highly recommend Alchemy!

Best fitness studio/gym experience. Ever. No question about it. I went to my first Alchemy class in September of 2017, and fell in love instantly. I signed up for a monthly membership that day. I've never loved a fitness studio before, but I am hooked. For me, it's the perfect combination of a very challenging workout in a completely supportive environment. Can't do a full pull-up? The coaches will show you a number of ways to modify. And then -- amazingly -- you'll get better and stronger and more confident in your abilities. Worried about falling on your face during box jumps? The coaches and athletes around you will encourage and motivate you to push yourself. There's something genuinely special about Alchemy. The coaches and other athletes create a real community, and it's a place you'll want to come back to over and over again. It's good for your body and spirit.

Alchemy Highland Park is great! Going in for a workout always makes any day better. Not only are the trainers and staff knowledgeable and helpful, they are also friendly and personally engaging. The workouts help you grow physically by pushing your limits and increasing your mobility. Being a member in such a great community also helps you grow personally. Everyone has their own goals and Alchemy helps you pursue your own personal legend.
