Our favourite small hotel close to the action of downtown Palm Springs. Been coming here since 2006. Love the clean rooms, ample outdoor space to lounge or dine, the heated pool and spa, shade trees and umbrellas, and location. The free coffee/tea/croissants are great for those lazy mornings, although more great food options right next door and within a block, makes it tempting to go explore. Still haven’t taken their cute Town Bikes for a spin yet, but plan to when we come back for the next visit!
Great hotel right in the middle of everything. Low key, welcoming vibe and so clean. Our room was huge and pool area is inside a courtyard that is quiet and lovely, we enjoyed a few beautiful sunsets from the hot tub. Perfect launching pad for all things Palm Springs, can’t wait to come back to the Alcazar!
From the moment I arrived to the final minutes of our departure, I felt we made a friend in this hotel property. The Alcazar is by far one of the most pristine, service-oriented boutique hotels whose pillows have graced my travel-weary head. ||Our room was immaculately clean and everything was functional. We had a suite with a living room and two bathrooms. This made staying in the hotel and returning to the room feel like home. We stayed in Palm Springs for an event and returning to the serenity of the hotel soothed our crowd-fatiqued nerves. ||The pool area was a perfect respite from the busy Uptown district two blocks away. When on the property, although booked to capacity, our surroundings never felt crowded. Even the pool area always had enough space. ||I can not emphasize the accommodating staff at The Alcazar. We had two packages delivered while there and they were brought to our room. This is why I prefer smaller properties rather than larger hotels, where it's impossible to get to know the staff at a more friendly level. The staff at The Alcazar who I personally spoke with were all in service there for over 5 years. They treated the space as if their own.||We will return to the convenietly located Alcazar each and every time we visit Palm Springs. It's our new home away from home. |||||
From the moment we arrived for our 7 day stay, all the staff was super. We celebrated our daughters wedding here with many out of state guests. The GM, Robert and hotel staff, TJ (and others), made sure to respond to any needs immediately. Housekeeping was excellent and went beyond to help us clean up numerous wedding events. The office even took care of some UPS packages that needed pick up, even though we had to catch a flight. |All the guests loved the comfortable beds and clean rooms. The grounds are superb and constantly being cared for. The casual but elevated feel of staying at the Alcazar is something all the guests will remember. We are already planning our next trip back so we can take better advantage of all the local fun nearby.
My wife and I rented this hotel this past September for our wedding celebration. We went in with high expectations and they were totally exceeded. It was a picturesque weekend and everything about Alcazar contributed to that. The scenery, the pool, the rooms, the service were all better than we could have hoped for.
Fantastic stay at this hotel! Especially loved the pool & hot tub setup, perfect for watching the sunset. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Palm Springs.
Loudest hotel I’ve ever tried to sleep in.
I have a “Mountain View” room. It’s really a view of Indian Canyon Dr and you’ll be hearing traffic and motorcycles the whole night.
When you ask for a different room they will just sort give you this pitiful look like “you’re an idiot for booking that room, dummy” and not offer any help. You’ll see that all of the rooms on this side of the hotel are empty.
Stay away from this place. It might be called a boutique hotel but all that means is that they have a horrible location and they are just trying to get by renting rooms to idiots like me that didn’t check that it is on a major street. Pretty much the ‘greater fool’ theory.
I’m the fool this time. Well played Alcazar, well played. .
Very Nice Hotel a kind of Resort with no extra fee lol. The pool is heated and just in front of all the rooms available. Even enjoy the fireplace in the evening or Wow every morning pastries from Chickies Restaurant free with coffee

We had a wonderful two days seeing the town and sights. Our room was clean and quiet. One morning we took the Inn's bikes to breakfast and a tour of old Palm Springs. The pool in January was 86deg. and so relaxing. It was such a short walk to th
Outstanding hospitality, style and location. The hotel has original 1950s rooms, bar and pool all at the foot of a mountain surrounded by palm trees - it sets the perfect tone for a mid century themed getaway.

Best hotel we've ever visited. Unassuming from the outside but is a gorgeous oasis on the inside. Heated pool & jacuzzi are awesome and open 24/7. Can't recommend it enough for those looking to relax in Palm Springs.
Super welcoming, everyone is super respectful. Courses are really made for all levels. First day white belt or black belt, I'm sure you could enjoy quality techniques the whole classe! Going back for sure on my next visit in Palm Springs!
What else can I say??? All reviews are as wonderful and accurate as most guests have mentioned. We couldnât be happier with our stay at Twin Palms. If you can see the tears on face when we were checking out, you will know how much fun we have had a

I was looking for vegan options that taste like "real" food and was VERY happy with Chef Tanya's.
I'm only 2 weeks into a plant based diet and haven't had a lot of luck. However, the food here could easily pass for meat and is so much healthier. I m
Delicious food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Service was average but it's a nice local neighborhood place for a good breakfast and lunch. They're NOT open for dinner which is too bad because they offer an affordable selection of alcohol.
This place is magical! We ended up doing Murray Canyon Trail to seven sisters falls and then looped up another trail and back down towards the parking lot. It was a little over 3 miles round trip.

Such a great brewery. Super cool spot with tasty craft beers and nice people. Really comfortable atmosphere. Back patio is chill with movies on the wall. Definitely recommend this spot.
