Alamo Motel - Motel in Abilene - 2957 S 1st St, USA

The owners are nice but lied to my daughter saying she couldn’t have visitors and told her I said that. I never said that. Paid for her to stay a week and 2 days in that week they wanted my daughter off the property cause she was causing a scene. She was mad cause she couldn’t have company. Well I asked for my refund and they told me no refund. I lost 300 cause they lied. I wouldn’t stay unless you pay 1 day at a time cause you will lose out in money. They made out this time bet it won’t happen again and I hope ppl look at this and know that is a big problem. Taking money from hard working people.

It's an older property so like any other such property it will not have many amenities the larger, newer properties offer. The owner is kind and respectful. That is enough to get me to come back over and over. *** I forgot one very important thing. You can expect a clean, comfortable stay. I've stayed many times and the rooms are always very clean. They do clean it but it still looks gross because it’s thrashed. Yeah it’s cheap (70$) but not so cheap that you couldn’t do a lot better for the same price. The WiFi was unusable. On the plus side the bed was comfortable, AC worked and was fairly quiet.

Not everyone will appreciate this motel, those under the age of 50 , you probably won't like it, but I have no complaints with my stay. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the water hot and the air cold. I will stay here anytime I need a motel room in Abilene. Thank you to the owners and employees. You have a great place and your customer service is on point.

About 15 years ago I stayed in this place. And the owner son saved my life. These are really wonderful people. If it wasn’t for his son I would not be here today. Thank you for the heart that you had to save me.

No complaints... its clean. Has hot water and the beds are really comfortable. Only noise happens to be the train but their barely noticed

Different price when I arrived , room had smudges in wall,bed was ok, paid for a week and checked out on second day and would not refund rest of week even though nowhere does it say no refunds .the list is long good luck travelers 👍

Very clean rooms! Very nice staff! You don't hear much outside noise when your in your room. I would definitely stay again!!
