We had our dog groomed here, it wasn’t a horrible haircut, but it was not good. We’ve had much better for half the price. $140 should get a good cut. They also didn’t ask if it was ok to cut the whiskers and did anyway. When I picked up my pup, he was very timid, and his tail was down all day, which is out of character for him.
They are Lifesavers!!! Really Nice, Friendly, and Helpful! I had a Special Situation with my Rabbit, and could not get an appointment with other Groomers. I called See Spot Run,and Kelly Fixed the Problem quickly, and my Rabbit was calm, and loved her! I will definitely come back again, and would highly recommend to everyone.
Very, very disappointed in this place. My 8 pound Peekapoo dog is 15yo but very sprightly and energetic with no health issues. I called to try and make an appointment for grooming (difficult to find in the Bay area!) and they wouldn't even look at her because she is over 12yo. "Age-ist" policies. Have me sign a waver if you are concerned; don't flat out reject a client who tips well and has a lovely/friendly/healthy dog because you think she is too old.
Friendly store owner and employees. My pup gets his groom on here and they do a deep clean on his coat that is way better and longer lasting than I when I bathe him.
To start off the employees are very friendly and welcoming. I come here about once a month to get my dog's nails trimmed and filed and the groomers do an excellent job everytime. Its get done quick and easy and their pricing is very reasonable. I recommend going here if you're looking for a place to get your dogs nails trimmed.
I visited about 3 times for grooming and for one of them it wasn't until 20 minutes before our appointment that i was called that our appointment was canceled and had to reschedule for another two weeks.
After rescheduling and completing that appointment, 3 weeks later, I called again to reschedule grooming and they told me that all the groomers were out until the next day.
Tomorrow comes and I call them again to schedule and suddenly my dog is not allowed to be groomed here anymore because it's too "hectic" for them. Granted my dog suffers from separation anxiety, however, she does not bite or have any history of aggresion.
I just wish they would've let us know our last visit so that I didn't have to scramble and find a different place for grooming services
We brought our brand new (and first) dog in to See Spot Run this weekend and the woman who helped us was fantastic. She took a lot of time with us and gave us great recommendations for food, treats, and accessories. We will definitely be back soon.
Kelly is a terrific groomer. Our former Havanese was groomed by her for years. Our new Havanese puppy has been a handful for us to groom and her coat became matted beyond repair. When I took Bailey in for her nail trim today, owner Cynthia offered that Kelly shave Bailey down so that we can start over with her coat and do a better job grooming her going forward. Kelly also found a half-submerged thorn that, if it had been left in, would have presented a potentially life-threatening issue, and we didn't even know it was there! So grateful for Kelly and Cynthia, both wonderful people who take such good care of our pets.

Very unique old school video arcade located in Alameda's busiest commercial district. Pay for unlimited plays for a certain amount of time.

The drip coffee was bold and had good flavor. My wife liked her matcha latte. We also had an Ube Mochi cake which was amazing. The staff were friendly and quick. Iâll be coming back here.
Hidden gem in Alameda! Or maybe itâs not a hidden gem, and everyone knows this place. Regardless, all the dishes that we ordered were really good.

My partner and I stopped in here for a light dinner. We had a few cocktails and tried the charcuterie board and Margarita flatbread pizza. We really enjoyed everything we tried and had an amazing night. We will definitely be coming back here for date
Great variety of local beers on tap ranging from juicy IPAs to malt-forward stouts, all made with Admiral Maltings' malted grain. They even had local whiskies made with their malts, (will have to try those next time), and they offer tours of their fa
Small but full of engaging exhibit. Marc, the volunteer outside greeting and welcoming guests, was friendly & shared his knowledge of the area & the wildlife that live in it. We visited with our 2 kids on a Saturday afternoon and was able to see the
If youâre in the East Bay and have a thing for ice cream, this is your spot. Itâs where I find the most unique flavors, like Filipino Calamansi and the standout Dan Tat, which is essentially Chinese egg custard turned into ice cream. Itâs perfe
Nice and cool area with the breeze from the bay air. Perfect place for large and small dogs. Pretty bustling on the weekends with so many pups playing. There's always a trashcan within and reach to drop off the dookies.
