Very large YMCA with several gym areas and a pool. Somewhat dated building. Plenty of cardio equipment and weight machine circuit. Trainers available and they are great.

Very impressed with staff and facilities. Joined and have been everyday for my first month. Machine selection 8s excellent, indoor pool very nice, men's Health clue addition is extremely useful with Sauna, therapeutic hot tub, steam room and lockers you can rent for $3/mo. I am impressed with everything here and all the staff.

Used to use this YMCA daily as a pre-teen and teenager. Now 40+ years later, I am back. They have updated all the workout equipment, expanded on after school programs and senior fitness, and thoroughly incorporated adaptive entrances and equipment so anyone physically challenged can participate. Still has the laid back vibe I enjoyed as a kid. Happy to be back. Great place to bring the whole family for fitness activities.

I want to go start going back to the YMCA in Burlington, NC. The swimming pool is amazing.They have pretty landscaping too.

Great environment for youth sports if you prefer fun and team building over who wins. Definitely no yelling at coaches or kids. It also has an adult volleyball league. The price is reasonable. Some of the front desk staff aren't very welcoming and they are often just talking amongst themselves. I do wish they offered early morning classes.

Dog park was a great place for my pup to get his dose of smells today. He was a good dog at the Veterinarian so took him there as a treat

Nice clean facility and friendly staff. A lot of options for working out.
