Don't work there my wife work there never misses a day was never late and one day her sugar spiked up cause she is a diabetic and I have to come a get her and they fire her because her supervisor told them she was on drugs because he didn't like her my wife does not do drugs period in unless a doctor prescribed it and they told her they won't rehired her because that supervisor said that they are sorry as hell
I did a walk through of the plant. It is very smoky in there. I feel bad for the people that work there. I can't believe they don't have an exhaust system to pull the smoke out.
Excellent place to work with great benefits. Good pay, good management, and plenty of overtime.
Okay place to work at. They manufacture auto parts for Honda. Very dirty and unorganized workspaces. You must go through a staffing agency. Attendance policy is very strict. Training is short and mediocre. Expectations are set very high. Be prepared to work 12 hour shifts 6-7 days a week. Little communication between shifts. Management can be very unprofessional. Pay and benefits are decent but not worth it as a temp. Great insurance but lousy 401k. Always do your very best because you could lose your job over an honest mistake. I have seen many temps taken advantage of; if you work here for more than four months and you're still not hired on, find a new job. This place isn't worth it.
I worked in Maintenance for 60 days. My team leader & the 2nd shift plant manager told me that maintenance is allowed to use their cell phones on the floor, & so I & the other maintenance people used our cell phones every single day for looking up the equipment we worked on & other things. When they decided to get rid of me, they said it was because of my cell phone use so, I couldn't draw my unemployment. Unfortunately, they did this to me the beginning of December when I couldn't get a job until after the 1st of the year. The pay is very low but the insurance is great.
Terrible place to work. If you like being harassed then it's the job for you. I thought it would be better to use the bathroom on my own time but big mistake so do it on their time because they will watch you like they have no job to do. Women touched me inappropriately but I was afraid to say anything because I'm a man. They use a buddy system. When I was let go they told unemployment that I made threats causing no unemployment benefits.
I. Work here. It's a good place to work great benefits. The hours for a good paycheck are definitely here you just have to want to put in the hours have passion about what you do and learn to work with a variety of different types of people the staff has always been wonderful with me I have no complaints.
Forces people to work with materials that causes health issues, and makes there quality of life so horrible it pushes them to the point where its better to find a new job than suffer working that position... If you ask to be moved to another position due to said health issues caused by the current position they send you to a quack workers comp. doctor that is for the company not the people.
