AL WINGS - Chicken wings restaurant in Montgomery - 5376 Atlanta Hwy, USA

The food was outstanding and the people working there had great customer service and you can tell how much they loved their job and who they work for. We tried the wings, fish, shrimp, and cheese fries. Only disappointed that we couldn’t eat inside or at least have a table to eat outside while it is fresh and hot.

Gave them a try after hearing good things. I ordered dry lemon pepper and honey bbq boneless for my wife and kids. They gave me bone in for the honey bbq which took them an extra 15 minute to remake and even after requesting seasoning on the fries that request went unfulfilled. The food was good and hot, I personally like wings fried a little more crispy but some might have said they were dry. Boneless wings were tender and large. I will be back to try some other items. I almost didn't believe they were open even though the sign was on so the building could use some makeup

I've gotten hooked by this wing place. The food is always hot and fresh. Seasoning is great! Customer service is awesome and not overly priced. Pictured is the 10pc Mild Lemon Pepper Wings.

Very ghetto and unprofessional tried to fight me because I said she had our order wrong called her mom after she started threatening me and all have her on camera as well ask for the manager and the Korean guy said they don’t have one they keep making mistakes and then get irate when you say something everybody has something going wrong but this is not how you handle it never would I ever have to get held back because I’m walking up on a customer this place is going down and the young lady that did this should be fired I won’t ever come back here just like she suggested stating that she will knocked my phone out my hand even followed to the door I don’t street fight I just wanted the manger to know they should take her out who ever owns this needs to do better they gotta bring back the older white lady because she was so nice and sweet will not be back

It was my first time here and I got the the lemon pepper hot/mild wings and these wings were so good definitely recommend this place for wings

Unbelievablely Horrible customer service. Just called and someone said their name was “worker” and “clone” when asked to speak to manager. Just called because we just left and got the wrong order and got told we had to order again at window when they messed order up. When we called the girl said manager wasn’t here then she said her name was the worker and next her name was clone… Then she put us on hold and was heard playing telling someone else “I said the worker haha” Then when my wife asked her again she responds… “I told you my name was Niya” on the phone. The whole staff should be fired here if the prior health score wasn’t bad enough I will NEVER eat here or anywhere else where they let kids play with people, their money and food. I am disgusted. This place should be shut down immediately, they obviously don’t care about your money or your food. Not to mention aside from them messing our order up, (not giving us what we asked for and then responding “well I didn’t take the order!” When she DID),…. instead of charging us for the 3 piece fish they rang us up for a 2 piece and another piece which costs more… This is the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant and or customer service. Not worth it

The wings, fried catfish and tenders were really good. Their sweet tea was extremely soured. The veggie fried rice was too sweet for my taste.

Wings and okra was okay but the oil definitely needed to be changed.. The smell and taste was off from a previous visit.
