A lot of beautiful hiking trails. It's a great place to snow shoe or fat bike as well.

Okay so my first time coming here, I actually did get bitten by a tick (May 2020) and got Lyme. So definitely do a tick check! Lyme is rampant in Michigan! Trails (and their corresponding signage maps) are a bit difficult to follow. I often find myself running there (good trails for running and biking) but then I get lost (or run farther than expected) so then...yeah...that's a vibe. Overall, it's a good land preserve to go for long walks (summer, winter, spring, whenever), great for snowshoe during winter, and good for trail running (if you follow the mtn biking paths).

Absolutely gorgeous trails that swing by a lake further on. Full of bird song and a diverse population of animals and insects!

Great walk. A lot of different types of land in medium sized area. The dogs love these trails. The land bridge is nothing special, it was actually kind of disappointing but the view around it was worth it.

There are so many trail options! Always lifts my spirits any time of year.

Gorgeous area with some positive messages on trees. Beautiful paths showcase the varying trees that call our state home. Spent a solemn moment at a certain tree. Friendly, bold wildlife.

Beautiful all year round, especially as all the ice melts and the sun finally shines after this dreary and cold winter. All levels of hiking ability, a great look out, and enough trails to be here all day long. It's perfect.

Really good trails for running all year. In winter also great for xc skiing (it's not groomed) and snow shoeing. Lot's of people hammocking between the tall pine trees in warmer months. There is a pretty meadow in the middle with a ton of wildflowers!
