Food is always excellent alongside the staff's great attitude creating a friendly and welcoming environment. The owners and staff are always polite and amiable. Serene quiet air inside and oriental style music playing, perfect those who enjoy dining alone, though bringing along friends is always welcome. When dining in, FOOD HAS ALWAYS COME OUT IN 5 MINUTES OR LESS, even when I dined with a large party. This is no exaggeration, I've timed them just for this purpose. This is not a stated rule here, so don't be dissapointed if your service isn't quick, but in the many times I've dined with them I've never experienced differently. Quality of the food is always what I expect, and often exceeding expectations. Through and through my favorite restaurant.
Good food, quick service, you need to flag down a waitress for a refill, but they are all working hard.
I'm quite impressed with Akito. Very good dishes with plenty of flavor in each bit. Did was served hot and very healthy proportions. Service was good. The dining hall was quite large which was nice.

As soon as you walk in, you order then pay. Seat yourself. Waitress take your drink order and your food order is not far behind. Food comes out hot and fast. A+

Order got seated .only 3 waitresses working a full house..they doing their best ..the waite for food worth it..but dont expect over worked staff to pamper you.
