This organization is a SCAM. The “recruiters” will contact you and rush you to send your resume. I was sent a fake job ad (I contacted the actual company listed on the job ad - and was informed it wasn’t a real position). After Anil and Eric Noel received my resume, they refused to answer my calls and emails. I believe they’re taking the resumes and reselling them with no intentions of placing you with a job. I will be reporting these actions to the BBB for fraud.
